Everything about Pinnacle Boracay is excellent from the staff, pool, bar, location. I would certainly stay again if I am ever in Boracay again.

I had an excellent stay for two nights. Service is outstanding and they even went out of their way to fulfill two special requests. The facilities and room are fine with great air conditioning and water pressure (important for me). Had an event at the Lind and this was a great alternative - go down to the lower level and the staircase to Lind lobby is in front of you. Don't even have to walk outside. Only small drawback was the breakfast - good and plentiful but selection a bit bare/basic.

Came for a destination wedding at the Lind and stayed 5 nights at the Pinnacle. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice (we were actually upgraded), the pools and beach access are great as well. The best part of the experience was the friendly and helpful staff. We used a number of hotel services like laundry, massages and booking water activities. We also arranged the airport transfer through them. They are always available and ready to help. I enjoyed the location as well. It was a little set apart from the chaos of the bars and restaurants on White Beach, but close enough to enjoy them as well. Overall great value. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future, or recommending this hotel to others looking to visit Boracay.

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Staff are very welcoming and they always greet us. We were 1 hour early for check in but rooms were ready. The also gave us drinks when we arrive in the lobby, very nive gesture. They are also quick in sorting our requests. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

I have a good experience here. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the station. The value for the money is very good and the staff is very efficient and polite. A must stay for anyone visiting Bocay.

One of the best decisions weve ever made was to stay at the pinnacle resort. The deluxe premier room was very impressive and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. End of the day, the manager was awesome, she made our stay really memorable. We want to marry some salami.

The hotel's entrance is also on the major road. My son needed nebulizer while we were here for two nights. They offered to provide us with medicine and even loaned it to us. They arranged all logistics for transporting the machine from the staff house to the hotel. Thank you, are. Sunday, james, made, and orly, for coordinating our situation well. In the restaurant, Jhayar was very accommodating and even further advised that our leftover orders might be kept in their kitchen and that they might be served the following morning so that there was no need for wasteful food. The location is great. The private path to the white beach is very convenient. The hotel's entrance is also on the main road. If there's a thing the hotel could improve include nebulizerready oxygen in their firstaid clinic, so we won't need to get it from the staff themselves. Their airport transfer service is a tie with another hotel, so we would have been grateful to know it beforehand. We were looking for a pinnacle upon our airport arrival, but we couldn't find one because we are being served at their tie hotel.

We were able to check in early at around 10:30AM, with a free upgrade also due to the fact that we have been waiting in the lobby for hours because of how early our flight was, which we were very satisfied about. The staff members were also very approachable and friendly. However, the breakfast buffet needs some improvement.
