There were plenty of staff to assist with whatever needs you had. Very friendly. Got to the room, there was a greetings on the TV to me, which I thought added a little class to the hole thing. The food was very good. Work was constantly being worked on for cleanlyness. Of the resorts that I have gone too thus far, this takes 1st place.

This was my 3rd stay at the Punta Bulata Resort and from the moment of our arrival until departure the staff provided excellent support and assistance. The front desk staff was kind and attentive and upgraded our room based on the mobility limitations of one guest in a wheel chair. Housekeeping staff helped with bags and the restaurant staff lifted the wheel chair up several stairs and into the restaurant every day for meals. Five stars for service. Food at the restaurant was great and the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. I will certainly return and stay at the Punta Bulata Resort again and will recommend the place to family and friends.

We stayed for 3 days and we loved it, the bathroom is amazing and very large, very clean resort, we recommend the danjugan island visit, the resort was almost empty which makes you feel like the island is only yours. Restaurant food and service is outstanding! five stars!!

Staffs are so welcoming and accomodating. They are courteous and so helpful. The rooms are so clean and spacious. Foods are so delicious and affordable. View from the rooms are amazing! Above all, it was just perfect!

Our stay at Punta Bulata exceeded my expectations. The place was very very nice and peaceful. My partner and I enjoyed the tranquility so much. The staff are very accommodating. The room we stayed at were so posh. The long travel was worth it. We will definitely be back here ad will stay much longer. :)

Sehr schönes Resort auf Negros. Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 1/2 Stunden (mit Auto) vom Flughafen Bacolod entfernt. Das Hotel ist gut zu finden, auch wenn sich die Fahrt in die Länge zieht. Der letzte Reiseabschnitt führt von der Hauptstraße über eine Lehm-u.Sandpiste zum Hotel, die insbesondere bei oder nach Starkregen extrem rutschig wird. Das Resort bietet neue wie auch alte Bungalows und Zimmer. Wir haben in 10 Tagen insgesamt 1 Bungalow und 2 Zimmer bewohnt. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände bedürfen einer Erneuerung, jedoch ist der Gesamteindruck vom Resort und der Lage des Resorts am langen Sandstrand wirklich sehr gut. Außer vielleicht den anderen Gästen des Resorts und vielleicht ein paar einheimischen ist man am langen Sandstrand ganz alleine. Es geht sehr flach ins Meer, womit der Strand auch für Kinder geeignet ist. Bitte beachtet, dass es auch hier Ebbe und Flut gibt.

Over all i must give this resort a 3 star rating. Facilities are not so good, jet ski's not available , pool is well maintained and also their customer service guys are fantastic. Beach line is very good. White sand. But i am pretty frustrated with their wifi connection , but still no need to make a big fuss about it. Met the owners of this hotel and had a little chat. They were very accommodating and will sure to drop by whenever i am in the area.

Vi havde desværre kun 2 dage på dette helt unikke og fantastiske sted. Servicen var helt i top og vi fik hjælp til alt vi behøvede samt bestilling af flybilletter til nye destinationer som vi også blev anbefalet. Utroligt smukt sted drevet af en familie som gør alt for at gøre din ferie til noget helt specielt..:)

Vi koste oss. Veiene hit er krøttersti, og veldig dårlig. Vi var her i oktober i rgentiden, men dette klalles traktorvei i Norge.Wifi var elendig. Ellers superhyggelig betjening.

Die Gartenanlage am Strand ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Resort ist sehr abgelegen. Ohne eigenes Auto wird es schwierig. Negativ in Erinnerung bleiben uns die zahlreichen Stiche oder Bisse von irgendwelchen Viechern (Sandflöhe ?). Rund um die Einstichstelle bildete sich eine 5 bis 10mm grosse Verhärtung, die erhöht war und tagelangen, starken Juckreiz auslöste. Das Angebot im Restaurant war ok. Was ich positiv erwähnen möchte, ist das fehlen von lärmigen Karaokeanlagen in der Nachbarschaft. Hier findet man seine Ruhe.

Overall a good experience. However mini buffet breakfast wss actually ordering ala carte fron a menu. Many items on breakfast menu were not available. Dining service for both dinner and breakfast was very slow. Rainfall showerhead was not working properly. Water was barely warm. River rock bathroom floor was not good for sensitive feet and no room sandals were provided. Bed was very creaky. Positive comments: Soft towels Food prices were very reasonable. Food privided was good. Polite staff

We were the only ones booked during our stay since it was just in the early days of GCQ. The staff, especially Connie, is very welcoming, attentive, and courteous. Despite being an old resort, facilities are updated and maintained. Considering all the conditions of the pandemic, we were well satisfied with our stay.
