The owner is very assistive with all our inquiries and very quite & clean, strong wifi in all amenities/facilities (gym, pool, sauna & steam room) & in our accommodation ;)

We stayed there as a couple two times. When we came from a trip the first time, we discovered it because it was conveniently located in the center of Malaysia. It's inexpensive for a night it cost about 38 usd. The room is clean, with air conditioning and a flat. They have wifi, but they are either in the foyer or in the foyer. However, if you'd like to pay in cash, you'll need some pesos. Too bad one of the front desk employees prevented us from checking in because we only had dollars that time. The guards gave me the money after borrowing it and telling me to pay him the next day. We were exhausted, and we were very sorry that time. And she even placed us in a room where the window couldn't be close so we could hear the noise from the outside. So when we came back the second time, I really advised to put us in a room that wasn't close to the street. Despite having bad experiences with their staff, we nonetheless retained there because it is only a short distance from the business district and stores.

For php 1876.84, I booked a room for my family for one night. The location is good because it's near where I used to live, so I know the area. I wasn't expecting much, but I was a little disappointed because the room appeared to be cheaper than we expected. You can hear the room next door because the walls are very old and too thin. The bathroom looks old and dirty, and the room smells a bit. We didn't use the bath because we didn't like it and went to my brother's home nearby to freshen up. The only thing I liked about it was the aircorn and cable to.

The hotel's employees are excellent because they were hospitable. It was the first time we checked in here, we had only access to it. I also want to discuss the location. If there is a storm, don't go there because it is a shock, the entire streets will be easily flooded. The cost is expensive, and you should consider modifying the standard time to give a discount to late arrivals.

We stay for one night in January 2015 because the airport shuttle is late and we can't find much cheaper hotels. The room is good and clean, and no insects. The girl at the receptionist is so friendly.

Hotel was surprisingly good. Considering the price. Easy to get taxi. A few restaurants walking distance. Safe area. Tried to book the following weekend. Hotel was fully booked.

So bad we we walked out. Filthy bathroom, inadequate bedding, just a terrible experience. Doesn't even rate as a one star.
