11. Guests assume full responsibility for any property damage (including, but not limited to, guest rooms) and/or personal injury caused by their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guests account for any damage incurred.
12. The use of hotel towels and linens for pets may result in additional charges.
13. Pet-friendly areas are limited to guest rooms, the main lobby, and the main entrance. Pets are strictly prohibited in dining areas and food and beverage outlets (including concessionaires).
14. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of waste in designated disposal areas within the hotel premises.
15. Pets must not be left unattended at any time. Pets are not allowed to remain inside the room without the owner. The hotel does not provide pet-sitting services and shall not be held responsible for the care of pets left behind.

16. During room cleaning, guests are required to exit the room with their pets.
17. Pets must check out together with the guest. Any pet left in the room after check-out will be considered abandoned and reported to the appropriate animal welfare authorities.
18. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and its operators from any liability, loss, or damage arising from the presence or behavior of the guest’s pet.
6. A copy of the vaccination record and health certificate must be submitted prior to check-in.
7. Pets must be healthy, clean, and well-groomed. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and cats must be transported in a pet carrier. Cat owners are required to bring their own litter box. All pets must be placed in a pet carrier during check-in.
8. All pet necessities, including but not limited to equipment, towels, food trays, pet carriers, food, and water, must be provided by the guest.
9. Dogs are required to wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel.
10. Pets must be kept on a controlled leash at all times when outside the guest room.

Children and Extra Beds•All children are welcome.•Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (12 years old and below).•Extra beds are not available.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Other Policies•Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the hotel directly for applicable fees and further details.•Floor preference is subject to availability. Room numbers are assigned at the time of check-in.•Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Pet-Friendly Guidelines•Only one pet is allowed per room. A non-refundable pet fee of PHP 1,000.00 per night, per room applies.•Allowed pets include domestic dogs and cats (maximum height of 2 feet when standing on all fours), as well as caged hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits.•Dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated against rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza.•A valid vaccination card must be presented prior to check-in for the safety of all guests and pets.
The physical credit card used to place the reservation must be presented upon check-in for verification purposes. The name on the credit card should match the name on the booking.
