Small but nice, only complaint it is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevator so you're going to walk other than that it is a awesome small hotel

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Close to everything. Not recommded ror eldersly or disable as the hotel requires walking up three flights of stairs.

Location is suited to me. It’s in 3rd Floor and elevator is a must. No vending machine for water or coffee is available in the premises. Overall EXCELLENT. Customer Service is Outstanding.

The Elsa congressional branch is a great place. The Elsa congressional branch is a wonderful location. It is in an old building, but once you are on the ground floor, everything becomes great. The place is about a 10 minute walk from Leosevelt station. Nearby locations include banks, malls, convenience stores, and the world-famous fast food chains. The room is excellent. It's clean and basic necessities are provided. The room has a cable connection that works well and is simple. Although there are a few atv bars close by, it didn't bother me to sleep well. Overall, this is excellent. An affordable and good-quality accommodation. I just hope they can maintain this level of service. This is appreciative.

You can enjoy it. Think twice if you think staying close to a let station is a plus. The hotel itself is new, and for the price, it offers excellent value for money accommodation for the philippines. You get the typical depressing dim lighting, no water heater, etc. For the same price elsewhere, you get the typical dark dim light, no water heater, etc. While this hotel has good room lighting and a working water heater in a decent bathroom. There is no fridge or safe in the room, but everything is clean and new. As others have pointed out, the location is really noisy. Although there are no windows in the rooms, it is an audio panorama of all the extreme noise you can experience in the country. The hotel is right next to a highway with insane traffic, a nonstop loud crowd from everywhere, a floor below, a construction on the lower floor, and loud window irons on most wings. Karaoke is at the max volume, and the echo from the building is too harsh to imagine it. Oh, you can appreciate it.

The hotel is located on the ground floor of a commercial building, just off congressional and elsa. Because Queen City is a busy area, it is really loud at night, but in the room, you don't mind at all. The room is usually the least expensive. Not too premium. The bed was okay. But, the sheets weren't as clean as they claim to be. There were stains all over the pillowcases and bedsheet. I wasn't able to tell when I checked in because I was too exhausted. Toiletries were offered. There is no water dispenser in the body wash, but instead it was placed in a used nature's spring water bottle. I went down to 711 and purchased a small bar of soap instead. The wifi was a little slow for me. To lacks a cable, but they did install an abscond to plus box. I could have stayed in a better red hotel for php 150 more. Oh and they don't offer food services.

The location is quite strategic, but you need to climb the stairs 3 times because there is no elevator. And the location is integrated with the market area. So far it's okay because the price is cheap.
