We had our Christmas party today at these places. When I booked yesterday, upon entering the area, the ambiance is pleasant and still new. Unfortunately, the receptionist and waiter is the only one in the reception area, so I was not immediately accommodated. He is the only person at the reception, and I really regret it because he is trying too hard to accommodate everyone, including the customers who are ordering their food. His tableofficecashier is a mess, it was really clear that it was not organized, and the other staff looks tired and frustrated. I truly hope they have a radio system that they can use to contact the other staff so that they can check the roomsclean the rooms. On the day of our party, we werent told that they moved our room, when we went upstairs the room that they had transferred us was a bigger room, and the air conditioning was great, and they even have an asahi rotating fan to keep the room cool. Unfortunately, the water is still dirty and there is no water at 900 am at that time. I immediately informed them that there was no water and asked them to please open the water, but it took them a while to get the water, until finally had water in their faucet. The video and air conditioning work well.

The cleanliness of this building deserves a standing ovation. The receptionist is unfriendly. We were assigned room 311, and I found it to be too small, the aircon wasn't working, and the room smelt like someone was smoking inside. You have your own toilet in your room, but it has no sink, low water pressure, no pail, and you are charged. The to is only on a table, and you can't really move around your room because it is so small. Additionally, it is far from an elevator. At the time of our stay, a private restroom room with two rooms costs php 1120 per day. Towel rentals are required and linen change is charged. Even within the common area, there is no free internet. The good thing here is that you must purchase a php 100 voucher consumable food that is stored in their canteen and have already stayed for 24 hours. A fantastic place for travelers to rent a room in this lodging area. Particularly at the reception area, staff service must be maintained. I don't like the guy there, he didn't even give me an official receipt of our stay. Parking is provided for a fee, and a security will be present to take over the vehicles. They have parking, which is a plus.

The location is ideal. I stayed two nights in the new building as a solitary traveler. Before heading to Padawan, I'm visiting friends in Manila. The food was pretty good for me, and the setting is convenient. They raved about their pork and said it's their favorite for Filipinos. They serve good aircon, which helps to keep the room cold. A sign says they are not a hotel, but room rentals. Thus, they don't offer those typical hotel services. However, considering the low price, it was definitely worth the stay. Other places charge such a high fee for the service they provide. Here, though, I was given a full meal for less than US$250.00.

It's ideal for budget conscious travelers looking for a place to sleep over, it's a daily room rental rather than a hotel. So don't expect much. Group travelers can be accommodated. In fact, there were 6 people in our room, so that's a lot of savings! Rooms have hot showers, but no complimentary towels or toiletries. Good thing there's an hour minister and a canteen in the lobby, though there are convenience stores nearby. The location is fantastic, transportation is always available, going to met bone or elsa and stop shop sta mesa.
