HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking inside the room.
2. No eating or drinking on bed.
3. Please wash the dishes after use. When using the utensils, please return from its original place after.
4. Don't rearrange the furniture.
5. Turn off the lights and aircon when leaving the room or when checking out.
6. Only registered guest/s are allowed to stay. If there is/are additional guest/s please inform us.
7. Daily house-keeping service is not included in the rental rate.
8. Check-out time is on or before 11:00 PM. If you want late checkout, please request for extension
9. Late check-out is until 1pm only. Extra charge Php 100/hour. Please note that late check-out is available only when no guests will occupy the room.
10. No cooking of DRIED FISH/BAGOONG or other stinky food. It will stink the whole room. Please use the range hood when cooking.
11. No eating fruits with foul odor like DURIAN/Marang.
12. No sticking on walls such as adhesive, scotch tape, or any decors. It will damage the paint. Affected area will be charged accordingly.
13. Please put your footwears at shoe cabinet near the door. If your shoes/slippers are wet please let it dry first before putting inside the cabinet.
14. Please don’t hang wet towels or clothes inside the wardrobe or cabinet.
15. Please put your trash on the provided garbage bin or bag. There is designated area in the ground floor for throwing of garbage. Kindly ask the guard for assistance.
16. This is a residential facility, not a hotel. Please respect our neighbors and minimize noise.
17. Please consider the unit as your own. So take care everything inside especially the appliances, furniture, kitchenwares, etc.
