The price is about 1000 php. I made the incorrect reservation, but the receptionist assisted me and changed it. My companion misplaced two shirts in my room. At the front desk, i put a deposit. Two days after he left, she picked it up. Very kind personnel. The fifthfloor terrace is also incredibly impressive.

Its a nice hotel. The staff is nice and friendly. Security is fine. Wifi is always bad and the safe doesnt really work. Better towels are appreciated. And work on the wifi. Pictured is the roof view.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Towels are rags, better bring or buy your own. You have your private fridge in the room, which is very important. Price 1185 php per night is a very good deal, in my opinion. The location is perfect, the staff is extremely friendly to help you.

This place has a good location. The bed is comfortable. There is tv, wifi, and hot water in this place. It has cold air conditioning and is spotless. I only gave 4 stars for service because the attendant said he couldnt book me cabs and didnt have grab. However, after checking out, i was allowed to leave my bags for ten more hours, which was very helpful.

This place is simple but satisfactory. The staff is also friendly and attentive. There is some road noise at night, but thats a good tradeoff for saving money.

Guests can enjoy onsite facilities at reasonable prices within walking distance to numerous bars in makati. Additionally, the staff members are friendly and honest, adding to the overall experience. However, one minor issue is that the fabric conditioner used on the sheets, pillowcases, towels, and curtains tends to be quite strong, leading to overpowering smells. Apart from this issue, its advisable to consider staying here again for future stays.

San agustin residences is the place to be if youre searching for tastiest spot to crash in the city. The location may be compact, but it feels like that tiny Swiss army knife that surprises you with its flawless cleanliness. Modern touches that make you feel like your sleeping in idly check out? Doublecheck. And the air conditioning? Because its icy cool perfection, ive been told it was blessed by polar bears or something. By the way. application gave us incredibly low prices of 856 php per night! This is your best option for those of you who are just passing through and need dependable places to recharge. Its like resembling u. Small but powerful! Peeps, sleep soundly and keep cool!.

First of all, the good. Excellent location in a colourful oblation near to the heart of Malay, yet keep alert and reasonably priced. I got a helpful assistance from the good friendly staff, especially Nino, Marlon, and Leon Nino, when ing australia suspended my atm card use given it's overseas use even though I indicated I would be overseas! Lol. Strong security and reasonable prices. The bad. Upper floors can only be accessed using stairs that resemble the steep climb to the death face of Ka to say it is a touch steep is understatement. Young individuals and families could do it, but older folks like me had to put up with the added strain. Second, the internet there must be managed by evil spirits you would be connected, but the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options and different routers for different floors, but you would experience the same bad internet experience over and over again. While there is no great internet in Manila, at the end of the day, the internet here was a very annoying experience and a huge hassle if you absolutely needed it, which is the majority of us. The rooms were fine for a budget stay and had air conditioning.

If I want to request that they clean the room, I have to pay more for extra towels, blankets, and pillows. The location is fine, but no facilities. This place is good for two people. But I think you have to pay an additional fee too.

The location is 15 minutes from the airport. The place seemed secure because there was always someone at the front desk. There was a large rooftop terrace with views of the city that was nice to relax on in the evening. Room was basic and quite old but clean and comfortable enough. However, the staff were quite unwelcoming, bathroom and shower area were very cramped. Air conditioning was very old and noisy.

We stayed one night at the Sanagustin residences. The price is very good. It is clean and has satellite tv. However, the only problem is that it is quite noisy due to the heavy traffic on Rizal street and Makati avenue. We had a room on the 4th floor at back of the hotel. On the opposite side, it might be less noisy.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are well lit and we have a small balcony on the 4th floor. Staff are friendly and kind. They sanitize the whole hotel every day and provide alcohol sprays on door and outside the hotel. Overall it was i had t an amazing experience. Air conditioning worked really well. There are nice small bathrooms and also ref. Kudos to the hotels staff and staff! Thank you very much.

The place is tidy. I stayed on the fourth floor, but there was no elevator, so it can be a little tiring. Not for knee pain. Restaurants are close by. Its simple to reserve idly drive tastier cars. Batteries dont exist on this remote control. There is only one soap available. No shampoo.

The location is excellent, and the room is tidy. However, it would be preferable if the rest room had a bidet. All in all, its incredibly enjoyable. Ill make another reservation here and return.

The staffs work was well done. The rooms are a good size and the showers are hot with good pressure. This hotel is clean with tasty roof terrace. Staff are friendly and keep the hallways clean and will provide fresh toiletries if you ask them to clean your room. Its hardly crowded, but the streets surrounding it are not. Youll hear continuous honking and revving engines loud enough to make sleep difficult unless you are light sleepers.

I had booked this hotel before and it was a great stay that was convenient for everything and very convenient to access transportation. The host sir ac was a great host, very quick reply and very helpful. Will definitely book again.
