Welcome! We are delighted to have you as our guest and hope that you have a wonderful stay.
To make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the following information and house rules:

* Check-in: The check-in time is 2:00 PM. If you will be arriving earlier or later than this, please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements.


* Check-out: The check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please be sure to leave the property by this time, so that we can prepare for the next guests.


* Parking: Parking is available on the street in front of the property. Please park in the designated spot and do not block the driveway.


* Keys: The key to the property will be provided in the lockbox near the front door. The code to open the lockbox will be provided on the day of your arrival. Please make sure to return the key to the lockbox and close it securely when you leave.


* Wifi: The WiFi details can be found inside the unit. Please do not share this password with anyone outside of your party.


* Noise: We ask that you please keep noise to a minimum, especially during night-time hours.


* Damage: Please let us know immediately if you notice any damage or issues with the property during your stay.


* Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.


* Pets: Pets are not allowed in the property as it may trigger allergies for the next guests.

* Parties: Parties or events are not permitted at the property.


* Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture without prior approval.


* Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the property. There would be a fine of 500 pesos per undeclared guest.


*Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge, with a maximum of 2 free children allowed in the unit. Children aged 13 and up are considered adults and should be accounted for in the adult fee.
