📌 Please take time to read the following HOUSE RULES for a harmonious stay here in Saekyung 956 Community.

1. This is a RESIDENTIAL FACILITY, Please respect our neighbors.
2. Please MINIMIZE NOISE and LOITERING anywhere. Observe silence during sleeping hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3. NO SMOKING inside the unit. You can do it in the designated area. Please dispose the cigarette butts and ashes properly.
4. Please don’t leave your garbage outside the unit, place it at the trash area in front of Bldg 101 or place it in the provided trash bins inside the unit
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Please follow health and safety protocols always. Always wear a face mask when going outside the unit. Frequently sanitize your hands.
7. Daily house-keeping service is NOT included in the rental rate.
8. Only registered guests must be staying in the unit. Unpaid guests are not allowed.
9. Only registered guests can use the amenities like the swimming pool, children’s playground, and basketball court. Swimming pool is available to registered guests only on Tue-Fri except holidays.
10. Please do not leave your footwear/s outside the door. And when leaving the room, do not bring the slippers provided in the unit because they are for indoor usage only.
11. Turn off the lights and aircon when not in use or when checking out.
12. No hanging of clothes on the balcony railings. You may do so inside the bathroom or on the clothes rack provided.
13. Don't stick anything on walls and ceilings for your party needs like balloons and banners. It will damage the paint. Affected area will be charged accordingly.
14. No eating or drinking in bed. Stains on sheets, curtains, towels, walls and ceilings will be charged to the guest.
15. Please wash the dishes after use.
16. Take care of the utensils, appliances and furniture. Breakage and lost will be charged accordingly. Don't rearrange the furniture.
17. Please DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
18. No food and drinks within the swimming area. When using the BBQ and Picnic Area, Please throw your trash in the designated garbage area.
19. Gambling or any illegal activities are not allowed.
