Eine tolle Anlage mit allem, was dazu gehört. Hervorheben muss man den unglaublich guten Service! Sowas bekommt man leider in Europa nur noch selten und in Deutschland überhaupt nicht mehr.

Amazing resort. The service was excellent. The rooms are lovely and very good condition. The pool area is excellent and both of the beaches are world class. The pool definitely exceeded our expectations and was excellent and the breakfast buffet was a delight. Absolutely dream vacation.

From start to finish, our experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The only minor inconvenience was the frequent requests to provide our room number, which felt a bit excessive. However, this small issue did not detract from an otherwise wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptional and always there to help with a smile. The hotel was beautiful and clean and room was amazing with gorgeous views of the beach and sea. From the moment you land to the moment you leave, the staff look after you. Every staff member greets you and smiles even down to the grounds keepers. The service in the restaurants was also excellent. The only slight thing it loses out on is that although it looks spectacular, it is looking a bit tired in places. Although when we were there they were renovating the villa next ours so I think this is a work in progress 😁

Best hotel stay by far! Shangri-la exceeded our expectations! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights 4 days! The pool, gym, saunas were great! Unfortunately we were unable to get a reservation at the spa since they were fully booked at the time we arrived. Thankfully the hotel provided a free shuttle to the Boracay strip mall and we were able to find a nice spa down there and walk the town as well. The restaurant choices were nice at Shangri-la. Our room and view was amazing! They also accommodated us with a nice bottle of wine, two swan towel creations on our bed, a bubble bath with flower petals! The whole staff at the resort was exceptional. The beach and pool was nice! We cannot forget the amazing breakfast buffet! That was amazing with so many food options! We miss it already! We cannot wait to go back to Shangri-la on our next Boracay stay!
