Superb stay! Wonderful staff! Suite was super clean, although a tad musty. Love the food at Canton Road, room service was faster than the 30-45 minutes and equally tasty. Nespresso Machine!!!!! Washer is great all appliances clean and functional! Great location too! Planning to stay there again!

Absolutely amazing stay here with my family. Everyone in the front desk was terrific. Rica our house keeping pro was fantastic. So many great restaurants on this property, but Samba was our favorite. Our sever, Samantha was very attentive and helpful! They even brought a birthday cake for my daughter. Thank you all so much for making our time in the Philippines so comfortable. Great pool, gym and spa services as well!

We love the Shang’s residences, perfect location, and everyone is personable & professional. We’d like to mention a personal shoutout to Lenard, he serviced our apartment everyday. He was exceptional and he paid attention to details. Like when my husband was using a piece of paper for his mouse, and Lenard offered him a mouse pad.

I’m like the soundproofed room, gym is excellent, very welcoming employees, beautiful lobby, felt safe like no one can just show up in front of your door, swimming pools, clean and the bake shop that serves delicious pastries and cakes.

The Residences are wonderful! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The gym was amazing, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was also really good. The only thing that was disappointing was that there isn't any live music in the lounge like at other Shangri-La properties. But, I would highly recommend staying here.

Property and amenities are exceptional. Location is prime, and staff are friendly. Some deferred maintenance in the rooms (stayed in two different units) that should be addressed to keep the units from a lower rating in the future. My only complaint is upon checkout I requested for an emailed receipt - that is still yet to be sent after almost 24hrs since checking out (it’s not in any of my inboxes)…And I was told the hold on my credit card would be released right away but my account still shows otherwise. Other than that, no other major issues.

Overall, we think this is an excellent choice in bgj, and we will probably return because our young son enjoyed his time in this hotel so much. The check-in and check-out procedure is simple. There were attendants in front of the front desk and concierge areas, and they offer prompt help without your request. I like also the continuous communication even before our trip, since it guarantees me that we are expected at the hotel. clean, spacious, and luxurious hotel room. It was a good decision for us to chose a room on the Boulevard Lalaguna de Bay. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning, heaters, and wifi are functioning well. Breakfast options are provided at the high street cafe. Reception handled the waiter well during breakfast. If you have kids, having an adventure zone is a must. Their staff is also helpful and friendly. For those who want to explore BCBGC, the location is ideal. Cons There is no bidet in any of the toilets. There is no shower gel or shampoo in the female male locker next to the pool area. The hotel room also lacks dishes and writing supplies, contrary to other star hotels. We thought there was no dining in the room because no one answered our phone. We ordered food from Grab because we can't dine out. Turns out they do have in room dining.

Everything went great, we are upgraded to 2-bed apartment which was huge and had everything we need (washer, dryer, iron). They are directly connected to hotel through the swimming pool and the excellent gym where they had indoor basketball court among others. Also great for kids as they have outdoor playground and kids center with bunch of activities. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, my only minor complaint is that they should provide laundry detergent as part of the amenities which they only provide for longer stay.

Even though the hotel was crowded and fully booked, we had a wonderful time with family and kids in New Year's Eve. Good points include excellent facilities including a kerry sports gym and tennis facility as well as a slide and slide for kids. The extremely devoted and kind personnel feels that there was enough personnel to assist. Service and management had detailed plans for the overcrowded breakfast served in the ballroom. Checkout was smooth and effective. We requested in-person extra beds and cribs in our rooms. Roman, who was personally treated by Kerry Sports, deserves a quick apology for his prompt service. I appreciate your kind feedback. 1. Kerry Sports misrepresented my tennis fee. It was stated to have a lower fee, but I was charged a holiday fee. 2. The breakfast buffet was saggy, but it was well run. I will stay again for pleasure and work.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far. If you want luxury, go here. Everything is luxurious from the lobby to the room to the restaurants. You can never go wrong with shang. I wonder now how wonderful it would be to stay in different hangers. Look for their hidden bar, back room. Special thanks to Erika for early check-in 3.

We made reservations at the sangria fort hotel in Bgj on new years Eve. We have followed this tradition for the third consecutive year, and we still remain at the sangria fort. We appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the front desk staff. In order to avoid the commotion, we checked in early. We only had 10 minutes to obtain the room key. As usual, we were given a corner room. As a benefit, the hotel had a welcome treat of chocolates from their cafe in the lobby. This is an improvement on the ordinaire plate of fruit. We also learned that they now only had four enormous 1 liter bottles of mineral water instead of the plastic bottles. Another upgrade! Thank you to Clark and Ry for attending to our needs throughout our stay. We strolled down ith avenue after supper, where they had mass on a stage. It appears that the city of tag arranged a concert that night, and the stage happened to be directly in front of the sangria hotel doors! So, the hotel secured that portion and provided free seating for hotel guests only. We were fortunate to be in the first row! After the concert, the fireworks began. Because the hotel was full, we woke up early the following morning to have our breakfast buffet in their ballroom. Noodle soups, congee, pastries, fruits, egg stations,

I would highly recommend due to the wonderful staff alone. The residences had a couple issues with maintenance and odor at check in. However the staff immediately got to work to resolve all issues and made our family stay unforgettable. Our family had an urgent trip home due to a death in our family and the staff at the shangrila made our stay very comfortable. The even gave our family a floral arrangement to take home and it really touched our heart at the level of attention and care they provided.
