NIGHT LIFE: Within a quick cab ride are plenty of places to visit or relax at the nearby San Miguel by The Bay where there are regular concerts and a multitude of bars and restaurants. This place is right behind Mall of Asia.

Getting around
Mall of Asia complex boasts of the city's best transport hub, connecting it various cities within Metro Manila and adjacent properties. Grab Car and taxis are readily available.

GRAB or UBER - they are highly recommended - so, install apps on your phone.

TAXIS - are easily available.

TRANSPORT HUB (near Mall of Asia entrance) - jeeps, shuttles, vans take you to practically every point in Metro Manila and outlying provinces.

Important Guest access

POOL Access - ₱ 150/person/ day adult and kids; P300 on holidays. PLS INFORM reception AHEAD OF TIME If you want to use swimming pool, as they require PASS to enter.

Gym - As per management's policy, guests may not use the gym.

Playground - The kids can definitely use the playground.

Parking - We don't have a reserved slot for you but there's pay parking around half the perimeter of the property. You may ask guard on duty on parking near C2. Day Rate (9am to 9pm) - ₱ 50 for the 1st 4 hours, +50php for succeeding hours and P300 overnight fee.

After booking, please SEND ME IMMEDIATELY a copy of your (1) valid ID and the FULL NAMES OF EVERYONE checking in with you. I will need to submit these to building administration.

At CHECK-IN, reception will ask for your valid IDs and entry authorization

check-in time is 3pm at check out is 12pm.

1) EXCESSIVE USE OF ELECTRICITY. Switch off aircon every time you leave. We are monitoring daily usage of Electricity consumption. Pay 200 per incident.
2) NO PETS ALLOWED : Fine 2000 php
3) Missing key/ auto lock- 500 php
4) Any missing or broken items, pay accordingly.
