The breakfast was delicious, I really liked the fried kawa fish, landon puto, hot chocolate, pork tocino, longganisa, and especially the cocoa with pandesal. During our stay, half of the hotel, including the front desk area, was closed, so we had to use the backdoor, and the dining area was converted into a temporary lobby. Below is my experience at this motel. The accommodation price is very high. For two people, we stayed in a double bed on the first night and stayed in a deluxe room with one king bed and a single bed the last night. The pictures on the website are great, but when you get to the room, it's to say the least astonishing. Cons 1. There were many insects crawling and flying around in the room. The mattress was firm, making it hard for us to sleep, and the pillows were too flat. During our stay, the hot water and air conditioning were broken. Cons 1. The pool view is lovely. Sadly, we didn't have the time to take a dip in the pool. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. I really like the fried kawa fish, the landon puto, the hot chocolate, pork tocino, longganisa, and the chocolate with pandesal. The only thing that will make us want to return would probably be their food

When we selected Sorsogon as our destination for a quick weekend trip, we were expecting to disconnect without having to sacrifice the comforts of home. Sigma hotel and their beach house, Sigma Surf offer just that. A chance to disconnect and relax in a visually stimulating environment surrounded by lush greens and stunning mountains. My only constructive criticism is that regional dishes should be emphasized in the food choices. The nephew of the hotels owner is also experimenting with cold-brew coffee using locally grown beans, which is mild but flavorful, so a coffee shop on the property could be nice as well. Why not try brewing local beers as well. Excellent local coffee and good local craft beer can be really quite relaxing and teach the community new trade.

The hotel and facilities were great. The pool and hammock hanging over it were very fun. The staff are very considerate. The food was all locally and very delicious. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

I'm so disappointed. I had high expectations for this location. Compared to what I saw when I first came three years ago, the location is stunning, very similar to Bali in the US due area. The similarities begin there. When we entered, the staff had a hard time opening the door, and it would occur several times during our stay. There were no toiletries present, apart from two rolls of toilet paper, one small bar soap, and one container of soap in the bathroom. There were towels, but no sleeping pads or robes. We decided to move to their other location in Sigma Surf, but was informed right away that our 400 deposit would be forgotten. We made the decision to stay and requested that we at least swim at Sigma Surf, but were told we would have to pay 2 I per if we wanted to swim. We chose not to push. We must look for the person in charge whenever we could since her office is off limits, and there wasnt much staff nearby. Even though the incharge allowed us to check late, breakfast came 30 minutes late than previously agreed. The hotel has many advantages, and it frustrates me to see its service is subpar. A hospitality service's goal is to make its customers feel welcome and at ease. Because of the absence of customer service, the Sigma should likely be in the bed and breakfast category.
