Property Guidelines: Simplicity Staycation at SMDC Cool Suites Tagaytay

These regulations are established to ensure the comfort, safety, and security of all our guests and building residents. Strict compliance is required for a pleasant stay.

Payments, Fees, and Deposits

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of PHP 1,000.00 is required upon arrival, payable to the caretaker. It is refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or rule violations.

• Lost Key Charge: A fee of PHP 1,000.00 will be charged for any lost keys.

• Lost Towel Charge: A fee of PHP 300.00 will be charged for each lost towel.

• Damage to Property/Appliances: Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the unit, furnishings, appliances, or property caused during their stay. The guest will be charged the full cost of replacement with a brand-new item or the necessary repair cost.


Guest and Occupancy Policy

• Valid ID Requirement: All registered guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.

• Undeclared Guests: The presence of any undeclared guest is strictly prohibited.

• Penalty: Undeclared guests incur a fine of PHP 2,000.00 per person per night.

• Note: Infants and children are counted towards the total occupancy limit.

• Overcrowding Penalty: Exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy will result in a substantial penalty ranging from PHP 3,000.00 to PHP 10,000.00.

• Visitors: Visitors are NOT allowed inside the unit at any time, even for temporary or non-overnight stays.

• Pets: NO PETS are allowed inside the unit or on the premises.


Safety, Cooking, and Noise Regulations

☺ Smoking/Vaping: STRICTLY NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed inside the unit. Smoke/vape detection alarms are connected to the building lobby. Please smoke only in designated areas outside the unit/building.

☺ Cooking (Smoke): Please avoid cooking methods that produce excessive smoke, as this will trigger the fire alarm.

☺ Cooking (Odor): Please be considerate of other residents and avoid cooking foods with strong or lingering odors.

☺ Noise Policy: Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment.


Amenities (Swimming Pool Use)

☺ Pool Access: The swimming pools are primarily for unit owners and tenants. Guests may use the pool with a pool coupon/voucher from the Unit Owner.

☺ Pool Fee (Regular Days): PHP 150.00 per guest per day.

☺ Pool Fee (Weekends/Holidays): PHP 300.00 per guest per day.

☺ Payment: All pool fees are to be paid directly at the Property Management Office (PMO).


Check-in and Check-out Procedures

⏱️Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

⏱️Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM to 12:00 NN.

⏱️Late Check-in Fee (6:00 PM to 9:00 PM): PHP 300.00.

⏱️Late Check-in Fee (After 9:00 PM): PHP 500.00.

⏱️Late Check-out Fee (After 12:00 NN): PHP 200.00 per hour (subject to unit availability).

⏱️Early Check-in Fee (Before 2:00 PM): PHP 200.00 per hour (subject to unit availability).

⏱️Early Check-out (Before 11:00 AM): Guests will be instructed on the self check-out process. The security deposit will be processed and deposited to your account after unit inspection.
