Sojourn at SMDC Hope Residences

• Return all keys and and entry card. Leave it on the dining table. The fee for a lost key will be PHP 200.00 per key and PHP 1,100.00 per entry card.
• Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere in the condo unit and in the premises of Hope Residences.
• Do not block the fire exit.
• Things outside the front door and in the hallway are not allowed.
• Do not heat pans on the induction cooktop without water or oil in it.
• Smoking, pets, candles and decors on the windows are not allowed.
• To avoid incorrect fees being charged to you, please report any missing or damaged articles in the condo unit within 3 hours after checking-in.
• No foul smell cooking (dried fish, fish sauce/gravy, etc.)
• Use of washing machine: maximum of 6 kilograms of laundry per wash.
• Do not move the fire extinguisher if not needed.
• Dispose of all garbage in the trash can.
• If you break or damage something, please let us know and we will arrange for its replacement or repair.
• Turn off lights, appliances (except refrigerator) when not in use.
• Observe quiet time between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Take time to watch the ‘Good Neighbor Guide’ video of Hope Residences (QR code link available onsite).

Check-in and accomodation guide:

• Guests are needed to be pre-registered. Only guests approved by the admin office are allowed to enter the premises. To ensure on time registration of the guests, a photo of a valid ID (passport for foreigners) of the guests shall be sent to the host or property manager 3 days prior to check-in.

Failure to comply with the registration procedures may cause denial of entry to the premises. This will be marked as no-show and is ineligible for refund.

• One child (4 y.o. and below) is free of charge for the accomodation.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, with a fee of PHP 200.00 per excess hour.

The cleaning fee per stay shall be paid in cash upon check-in.
PHP 500 for 1-2 guests
PHP 600 for 3 guests
PHP 700 for 4 guests

• A security deposit of PHP 1,000.00 shall be collected in cash upon check-in. We will refund the deposit after check-out as long as no loss, damage, monetary fines and unpaid fees occurred to the condo unit and/or Hope Residences amenities during your stay.

• Parking on-site starts at PHP 300.00 per day and is subject to availability.

• Pre-registration via the host/property manager is required for the use of the swimming pools. A corresponding fee of PHP 150.00 per guest (all ages) shall be charged on regular days and PHP 300.00 per guest (all ages) shall be charged during holidays. Swimming pool operating hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (except on maintenance day).
