▪️Extra mattresses provided in each room should be used with proper care.
PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT HAVING VISITORS IS DISCOURAGED AS THIS WILL BE CHARGED
▪️Videoke/ Karaoke systems and other amplified audio devices are prohibited after 10pm as stated in Cavite City Ordinance.
▪️Furnitures should not be moved from its original place. Foldable tables and plastic chairs may be transferred but should be returned to its proper place.
▪️Bringing of electric appliances like griller, oven, and the likes is not permitted.

▪️Usage of gas stove is with a minimal charge of Php250.

HOUSE RULES
▪️Main kitchen sink is strictly for hand washing only. You may wash the dishes at the secondary kitchen.
▪️Hanging of clothes and towels from the balcony, railings and other structures is prohibited.
▪️1 container with 4 gallons of drinking water is provided. Php50 will be charge per container in excess.
▪️Guests with more than 1 car may park safely in front of the property given that it will not block passing cars, other property and the drive way.
Good day! Welcome to SIERRA PINES PLACE Tagaytay. Please be reminded of the following Guidelines during your stay.
▪️Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited, instead you may smoke at the garage area or outdoors.
▪️VISITORS/GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED due to subdivision restrictions. Only registered and declared number of guest are allowed to enter.
▪️No picking of flowers and any other plants in the garden area.
🌲TOWELS and TOILETRIES are not provided
▪️Use of Cookwares, utensils and dishes are complimentary however, everything should be cleaned and washed prior to check out or you will be charged Php350 for Helper Service.
▪️Noise levels should be at an acceptable level. Loud noise, loud music, loud voices and horseplay are not permitted and can result in immediate ejection with no refund.

▪️Due to health and safety concerns, guests of Sierra Pines Place are only allowed within the area of the property. Guests are discourage from roaming around the subdivision.
