There are some improvements that could be made by the hotel staff, especially the room service. They provide free breakfast every morning, however, it's still tasty. The towels and bedding, however, seem like they're out of date, could be changed to a nicer one. But, they did a great job in our van and tour.

When we arrived at the hotel, all the personnel welcomed us warmly. Talk about 100 customer service! We adore the hotel's decor, design, and lighting. Very colorful and bright, it gives off a positive vibe. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying, just what we need.

Location The location is conveniently near the Pukka Beach Hotel, the hostel, and the beach itself. In the daylight, walking home is convenient, but there isn't much lighting after sunset. It takes a brief tub tuk-tuk ride from town. The room establishment this hotel is good value for money. Id say a little more expensive than staying in a hostel, but you have a private room and bathroom but the linens aren't great. My room was basic and small about the size of a double bed with some extra space on one side and a desk at the foot of the bed but clean and had air conditioning. The bathroom was also small but adequate, but a larger shelf to put toiletries on would be perfect. The walls are not particularly thick, so the family of 5 next door felt like they were in my room half the time. Breakfast must be ordered the night before and you can eat it on the top floor overlooking the bay. Make sure you arrive at the time you indicated otherwise breakfast will be sitting there waiting for you and getting cold. The hot water pressure good wifi is only available in the reception area. Service was polite and friendly but only as needed rather than feeling it was not a chore. Communication is fine. I have no doubt I recommend this establishment as a budget hotel option.

We got a pleasant experience here. Upon arrival, all the staff was very friendly. They give 100 customer care! We really love the style of the hotel decor and the way it is decorated. They also have colorful items that bring a positive vibe. The breakfast was so simple but satisfying.

This place is also close to several bars and restaurants, but it's still a tricycle ride away from El Lido's heart. However, it is worth a closer look. The breakfast is substantial and filling, but in addition to coffee, I believe they could offer a drink that was included in the price. The room was a decent size with a large bed, but if only they had higher quality bedding it would be a lot better! When we arrived the bedsheet was old, worn, and stained. We also had an issue with one of the pillows, but the staff quickly changed it. The shower water pressure is very weak and cold. The restroom was fine, aside from that. The staff was always so kind and useful. The breakfast offered was decent and satisfying. I believe they could include other than coffee. The best part is you can see the sunset from this side of the island, which is certainly worth a watch. Overall, we'd say our stay was pretty average, but if we came back to El Lido, I would probably choose a place somewhere else a bit closer to the main town.
