Common Areas
Everyone is to clean up after themselves or any guests in common areas like the swimming pool.
Room Cleanliness
Keep the room clean at all times. Dispose garbage regularly to avoid insects and pests. Toilet and bath should be cleaned out after each use.
Kitchen
Kitchen area shall be used with caution. Keep area clean every after cooking. All dishes and cookware should be cleaned after use and left to dry. Plates, drinking glasses and other utensils are stowed away in the cupboard.
Guest Capacity
No more than 2 guests at a time, unless discussed and accepted by Landlord. Max of 2 guests can stay per night unless discussed and accepted by landlord. An extra fee shall be added to extra guest per night.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the room unless agreed by the host.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted at all in the unit or in the balcony.
Alcohol Use
Alcohol may only be consumed by those the age of 21 and older, and only in a responsible manner.
Prohibited Drug Use
Any type of illegal drug is not to be brought around or used in the unit. Violation of this rule shall be subject to report to authorities and immediate eviction.
Disturbance
Noise should not be loud enough to bother neighbours.
Pool Access
Maximum of 2 guests may use the pool for free. Extra guest shall be subject to applicable fees as implemented by the property management. Foods are not allowed nearby the pool area.
Parking
Upon request, paid parking spots may be assigned for a fee per night subject to availability.
