Pre Check-in:
1. For security purposes, the property admin requires that guest IDs and proof of vaccination be presented upon check-in or presented to the concierge.
2. Early check-in of more than an hour earlier than posted check-in time will be charged Php150/hour (subject to approval and availability)
3. Late check-out of more than an hour later than posted check-out time will be charged Php150/hour (subject to approval)
4. Luggage deposit before check-in/check-out Php50/hour. Subject to availability of slots. (Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damages. Kindly ensure that your bags are properly locked before leaving them)
5. Parking: Paid parking is subject to availability and needs to be reserved. The parking fee is Php 350 / night.
During your stay:
1. No Pets Allowed
2. “Smoking Ban '' - Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the room, on the balcony, or in any common areas in the condominium. This is a STRICT POLICY coming from the Condominium Property Manager. A fine of Php10,000 will be charged for those who will violate this rule. RA 9211, the Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003. NO WARNINGS, you will be fined right away.
3. Quiet Hours from 10 pm - 8 am. Kindly avoid unnecessary noises. Violators may be charged with a fine of PHP1,000.
4. No unregistered guests allowed (they won't be allowed to enter the premises by the OIC of the condominium)
5. No Parties or Events. Violators may be charged with a fine of Php 3,000.
6. Please don't hang your towels or clothes on the balcony. The Condominium’s Property Manager fines Php 3,000 for this. If you need to dry anything, keep it inside the unit.
7. When out, please TURN OFF all electronics including the air conditioner.
8. No cooking of smelly dishes like fish, squid, dried fish, etc. Violators may be charged with a fine of PHP5,000.
9. Laundry / Washing Machine: The washing machine is locked and will be allowed to be used for free by guests staying 3 or more nights. If not, a charge of Php 150/day will be charged.
10. Children are allowed in open areas of the Amenities floor between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm only, provided they are accompanied by their guardians at all times.
11. POOL: Free access up to 3 guests, in excess would be charged Php200 per person. Due to the pandemic, our condo requires guests who wish to use the amenities to schedule a slot at the reception, Cluster A. Open from Tuesday - Sunday 8 AM -8 PM Maximum of 8 persons per hour.
12. TOILET: Please note that the water heater located below the bathroom sink may turn off automatically due to water pressure. To reset, you just have to push up the lever under the device.
Pre Check-out:
1. Take the trash out. Trash bins are located in basement 1.
2. Do your dishes before leaving.
3. Turn off / unplug all electronics before leaving. Especially the A/C and stove.
4. Check your personal items before leaving.
5. If you have bought anything from our in-house menu, make sure you have deposited the payment through the QR codes provided/ left a cash payment.
6. Be mindful of the checkout time (on or before 12:00 noon) to give us ample time to clean and disinfect the room for the next guests. Failure to inform or extend without prior notice will be penalized an amount of Php 500/ hr.
7. Place the key back in the lockbox. Damaged keys upon return will be subject to a penalty of Php500.
8. Failure to surrender the keys upon check-out will be subject to paying fees for the cost of the door lock replacement and its labor.
It is each guest's responsibility to know and abide by the rules and regulations of the property and the building. Our rooms are privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not abide by Philippine laws. We have a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our room or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the Republic Of The Philippines and the owners for the operation and management of the building.
Our management reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our listing at any time without prior notice. Please check our listing regularly for updates to House Rules. Any modification to these House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservation.
