nEAR SHOPPING MALLS AND OFFICES. All I need is within the vicinity of the hotel. I feel safe and secured in this hotel.

The place is conveniently located very near the malls and we availed of the salon and massage services which are just in the hotel. It has a convenience store at the ground level and the Caffep shop also made food accessible but the breakfast buffet has very limited choices. The place and room is clean and linen changed daily. Generally service is good but we just found out that the telephone needs to be cleaned and disinfected as it smelled bad. The place is remarkably safe and quiet too despite the seemingly casual setup of the rooms. I would recommend it to friends.

The hotel is tidy. The front desk and food service are both adequate. The housekeeping service is decent. They don't grin! It could take you a long time to wait for your request. Many restrooms are inaccessible for big guests. Their toilet bowl is so close to the sink. Some bidets do not work. Wifi, mobile data, and phonenetwork signals are very subpar. The communication is terrible here, making it unsuitable for business trips.

I reserved a king suite with them, but when it came time to leave, I was informed that the king suite was no longer available! They took my money for a room they didn't even have! So they were willing to pay for my stay at a few nearby hotels. Both were worse dumps than this one. In their name, they were willing to work with me, and we made a decision on a future stay in their hotel in a king suite. The room wasn't huge for a king suite. The WiFi was terrible, and the reception was terrible. They do not have a restaurant, instead, they use the downstairs restaurant in the little mall where they are. It didn't have much, but it was fine for a quick bite before heading to the airport. A larger mall across the street, but half of it is closed because of a previous earthquake. In their mini mall, there is a khr convenience shop serving snacks and beverages. I would have hoped for more for the price, but since this is the Philippines, anyone who has read Dickens could learn a lot about expectations. Ha! Sorry, couldn't resist.

I adore a job that offers great locations in Oh. Being a newcomer in town, I never believed German had anything fantastic to offer. On my next trip to Germany, I would be delighted to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is basic, I expected more from the price point. The room is good to ok, but there is no great picture internet. Breakfast was very disappointing, and the price was really lower than what I expected. Young staff that were helpful and smiling overall, definitely more business trips. But I wouldn't stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The sheets were dirty but were replaced in a timely manner. We requested ice but it was served in a dirty container. There were ants in the room.

The room was just ok but could have been better. Facility esp the gym was outdated. Treadmill and other equipment lacked the cleaning they deserve. Staff were friendly and willing to assist.

This hotel is special. Check-in was fast and we were met by kind employees in the reception. Breakfast was simple, and some hot food was cold and we needed to ask for dishes, spoons etc. The room was dark with noisy aircon. No bathroom tissues (!) and no hot water in the bathroom (!). However it was fixed after a call to the reception. But do they check the room when making the room ready for next guest? I don't think so. Two coffee cups but no electric kettle, so how to make hot water? We stayed for two night. They didn't make the room before 2nd day. Check if new towels were needed or new cups, drinking water etc. The rooms really need an update. Room service too.

The location iof the hotel s walking distance to Gaisano, KCC & SM Malls. We found cheap fruits by the side street just a few meters from the hotel. The beds in the su The toilet walls are not properly cleaned, the new foot towel looks soiled & dirty.
