I was really happy for the accommodation and favors the staff have given me, especial mention to Rio, during my stay. The hotel is close to almost everything and I feel safer as well. Keep up the good service. Just one thing I am so concerned is the kind of communication they have. I booked my stay thru Expedia when I was still in the US, about 4 weeks before my flight to the Phils., and I was trying to contact Swagman front desk to confirm my arrival and the assurance that they can pick me up at the airport on my arrival time but I was having a hard time connecting with them. Thanks to Expedia agent who helped me to get in touch with the Swagman staff after the 4th attempts. I hope they will find a solution for this kind of concern.

This establishment used to be half satisfactory, close to the city center, with outside seating in the cool night air and comfortable tables and chairs. Street vendors, ladies of the night, and homeless people in the park used to provide entertainment, it was a true glimpse of Manila. The food and bar used to be excellent, but the new owners have ruined the atmosphere and the whole establishment. It smells of raw sewerage by the elevators, and the food is cold or not on the menu. I asked for scotch fillet and was served rump steak cut to look like scotch. My son was served cold listen on a cold cast iron pan, and the onions were lacking from the dish. The toilet did not flush, the shower is old and rusty, the bathroom is old and rusty, and the staff are good. I am in hospitality, so I wouldn't hire one of them. The manager was so rude we just wanted to leave.

部屋が狭いが、一人旅なので問題ない。一階がレストランなので夕方頃にはお客で賑わう。ステーキをミィデアムで注文したのに強ウェルダンがきた。焼き方も肉の見栄え味もが冴えない。添えてあった野菜は新鮮でおいしかったが。今回　ホテルの料金が安かったので利用に割安感があったが通常の値段なら近くのred planet hotel が快適なはずだ。

Stayed there for my interview with the US Embassy. Room was small but Just Ok for the price. Service was just average and the food was good. Locality was great, it was just a short walk to the Embassy.

I liked my stay. A couple comments. 1) The street beggars in front are irksome. 2) No wi-fi in the rooms? So you have to sit in the middle of the restaurant to do email? 3) No soap or shampoo in the bathroom? No in room refridgerator or bottled water? 4) AC was cold, but noisy. Otherwise, nice, clean, and comfortable.

Staff are nice and helpful. The air conditioner wasn't strong enough so they brought me a fan which they did promptly. The room didn't have towels, which I found out after I took a shower. The staff in general are very nice and I feel like it's a solid hotel but they need to double check things like towels and so forth.

The room was good but I can smell that somebody smokes in the room and the air condition doesn’t work very well it wasn’t get cold enough so it’s not really comfortable and while we are resting at night there’s a slamming doors wake us up and wondering what’s happening.

The prices has shown not to be in line with the quality!! Hotel rooms are very small , and the beds have something to be desired!! They're van pick-up is very good and there transportation to Subic and Angeles is hard to beat, with a regular schedule on all on time!!They have a free pick up at the airport and going back to any terminal!
