Overall good experience! Great breakfast, never the same. The entire staff was pleasant, helpful, made the stay enjoyable. I would stay there again! Loved the rooftop pool!

Small hotel that costs a little more but is still very clean with unworn bed sheets and bathroom floor towels. Breakfast was good, especially the beef tape, it's a nice place for a wedding but boring place but with good front office service is well overpriced. No more than p 1500 every night.

Very disappointing. The hotel provides lovely amenities and spacious rooms, but its service is subpar. You cannot be named a terrace hotel when you need more than a minute to serve fruit juice on your terrace, even with barely any guests and only three employees to handle them. It also hurts at the wedding reception because of the very low-quality food and the guests are served dessert while they are still eating the starter and the main course is already getting cold on the table. Running a business requires discipline and understanding from the personnel, but it seems that they just lack it.

We had high expectations for this hotel because of the photos we found on the internet. With what we paid for our visit, I personally thought it was a small hotel but not too small. Although it had an elevator, some people struggle with them. The setting was excellent, but difficult to find. The restaurant has a sea view restaurant. A convenience store and outside restaurants are very close. Breakfast plates are plentiful. The breakfast was excellent, with an option of American or Filipino breakfast. In addition, they will provide you with fruit soup. Other hotels that serve plated breakfast will only serve you American or Filipino breakfast without all the usual silos, coffee, and thats all it was. The rooms were fine and had full toiletries, however, the cost was too high for a deluxe room. The bathtub's design, on the other hand, isn't what I like. The personnel was friendly. Wifi was satisfactory.

Three stars are two stars too many. An old hotel that needs urgent restoration. The staff is unfriendly and poorly trained. Throughout the entire stay, the wifi in the room was not working, only the lobby and the so-called restaurant had limited and very slow access. We requested a second blanket, but unfortunately, they requested a usd $3 per night, which is a completely logo. The rooms are cold and lack décor, giving the impression that you are in a hospital, but they are at least tidy. When it came to the included breakfast, we had a choice of English, American, and Filipino style, with instant coffee and an old fruit platter. The tables were not clean, and the food from the previous customer is still active, as the stuff is more interested in listening to very loud music and chatting rather than doing their job. The food was cold every single day, and complaints at the front desk were ignored. The rooftop bar features warm stuff, but outrageously high food and drink prices compared to nearby restaurants and bars. Overall a lowclass Filipino hotel with fivestart room rates.

I loved this hotel but unfortunately, a few things got to me. First, the bathrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned, the shower curtains had mold. Second, hot water doesn’t last. And finally, the breakfast buffet. Needs more flavor and more paying attention too. But I love how cozy and comfortable the hotel is. I also appreciate the staff, how professional and warm they are.

The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon.

The staff are great, The place is nice but AC is underpowered or needs maintenance for room size. Could use a microwave but they did have one on the rooftop by the pool , they let me use. Could have a chair and table on balcony. The place is nice but it appears restaurants within the complex have decided, they not need a restaurant

The pool was quite nice. Had to ask for it to be cleaned though. Building was poor condition compared to the pictures on the website. There was no hot water. Friendly staff and good service.

They have really good food. The problem was the service. They have two restaurants. One on the roof and one on the bottom floor. The staff cooks for both. Unfortunately the service, with exception of one person, was not there, and I mean that literally. Three different times we had to go up to the roof top restaurant because there was a function at the ground floor restaurant and when we arrived the rooftop, there was no one there. We had to use their own phone to call and ask for someone to come up. At both restaurants they would serve us and disappear, again, that is literally. Except for the one person I mentioned, they would never come back to our table to ask if we needed anything. If we needed anything or wanted to pay our bill, we had to go searching for someone. Also, when we arrived, the room and many areas smelled musty.

Good location but really, just a so-so hotel. Got 2 rooms. The other one had a makeshift flourescent bulb because the indirect lighting of the room wasn't working. Otherwise it was okay. A bit dissapointed because the App indicated free breakfast for all 6 of us but the front desk said it was for two persons on each room only
