My evaluation was based on a five-day, four-night visit here. Pros Comfortable ambiance and spacious room amenities, including slippers, are readily accessible and reasonably priced, near Boston Park. Easy to obtain a taxi. Luggage they were able to store our baggage upon check-out because we had to wait for our trip time. Cons The check-in process takes some time but is satisfactory given that there are a lot of visitors and only one person is in the front desk. Breakfast sets on weekdays and on weekends, this small cafe has good vibes, but nothing exceptional about the cuisine they provide. Missed those times when breakfast was served in king chef hope theyll have an option to eat there once more. The noise is irritating, either the guests next room or the staff radio is turned up. We can hear any noise outside the room, so hoped the hotel can fix it. There is no taxi waiting area it's quite uncomfortable to wait for taxis on wet days. Hoping for a covered waiting area.

The staff are nice helpful . We came hour early and they let us check in to our room. The breakfast is delicious. We will definitely come back and stay here.

I don't normally write reviews because of the busy shed. However, I can't help but write one now because of the excellent customer service I received at the Orchard Hotel Barrios. The front desk staff is. Tricia and is. Odessa. I received a phone call from is. Odessa on my way back to Manila informing me that they discovered a paperback in my hotel room containing a mobile phone and a few important documents. I told them I couldn't go back to pick it up again because I was already somewhere down Pangasinan. Instead, I asked them to send it to me via lac, big, big thanks to is. Tricia! In Manila, I received the package with its contents. I want to thank you enough. To be able to serve your guests, you guys go above and beyond. If there is a six-star rating, I would give you six stars. Continue with it and may your service flourish. We will definitely stay there again and recommend you to family and friends. Thank you once more and congratulations! Jo road.

The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionist was a pleasant person. The room provided to us was lovely and clean, and housekeepers arrived on time whenever we had requests. The only problem we had when staying here was the drive from the basement parking lot to the hotel entrance, we had to walk up the ramp each time, and it was difficult because the rain made it quite slippery and there was a risk that we would hit an incoming guest vehicle. Due to the pandemic or simply inadequate personnel, the basement elevator was probably prohibited. Also, the breakfast was not great because there were no breakfast options available, they simply offered us whatever they had for that day. There was no buffet breakfast, so what is that? That's fine, but I do hope they ask their guests or give them some options of what they might have. The staff at the breakfast area was kind, which is a plus. Overall, it's still a decent hotel.

When we say hotels. What should we anticipate as a paying visitor who makes money from the business? Greeting the guest with a smile is the number one rule or maybe the standard has changed? What do you guys think? Even if you give them advance notice a day before your arrival, don't expect to check in early. Nothing will happen. Youll still need to wait to check in at the specified time. We arrived early in the morning. We had breakfast out the window and did some shopping. We went to the hotel around 12 or whatever, but checkin time is at the rp. They check in time is not a problem with that. As my sister asked for something special for the room when I arrived. I called the front desk to check the wifi and they sent a tech guy I didn't get his name, but thanks to his help. I was waiting patiently and I understand that. I said the room was ready and that I would be in the queue. I didn't notice he just kept cooking the omelet and giving it to another guest who was not in queue. If the hotel is full, expect a late crowd for breakfast and provide food so that the guests won't be waiting for long. I asked for new towels, and I was advised to email what the front desk did. Thank you so much! I am very disappointed with the service and the atmosphere at this hotel

This expensive hotel offers nothing extraordinary. Toilet facilities are limited, the cable is complicated to operate, and the internet connection fluctuates. My one date is more reliable. Crisp bedding and towels are its strongest qualities. The breakfast was a letdown. To ensure that food wouldn't be scarce for late visitors, they should have anticipated the number of guests over the weekend. Even on lazy Sundays, 9 am is still considered an early breakfast time. It's fortunate that meals were served on a floor with a mountain view of the city. If there is no other reasonably priced hotel nearby, I'll return.

When I checked out they let me me pay extra 500.00 pesos for a stained towel that they said I had stained and they said it will not come off however I took the towel home and washed it and the stain came off easily. If only I live closer I should have brought it back and showed it to the staff front desk people but I have to go back to Manila, what a horrible way to extort money from guest.

Check in was a nightmare very unorganized staff it was like we never had a room booked. Check out wasn’t much better. Every time you logged on to the wifi there was log on issues. The room was spacious and clean so no complaints there

Charges for every little thing. Internet sucked for my entire stay. Kept having to login after being kicked off every few minutes. Basic hotel @ premium price. Final kicker, 500php charge for room key card. I will pick another hotel for our next visit.
