This place is better, this hotel. Although it wasn't the best position, being in more of a neighborhood and seeing more of the local life was interesting. The apartment was a reasonable size. I was in a king room, it was old and in dire need of renovation, the bed was big but hard as a rock, and they didn't have sheets to fit, so I had to use two queen sheets across the top and bottom. The balcony was filthy due to the running water coming out of the air conditioner, creating its own mossy ecosystem. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. If only they had better resources to work with, they would make it a much nicer location to remain.

It was very surprising when I walked in because of how roomy it was for the price. Although the room is for four people, I believe it can accommodate up to six people. The air conditioning is good. The bed is also large. The restroom and room are both spotless. The bathroom drains are running very slowly, which is the sole drawback. Bathroom flooding may cause water to leak into the bedroom. Draining the water off the floor takes 10 minutes. Of course, we complained, but they refused to move us to other rooms. We asked for a dipper and bucket because the water pressure is also bad. On the other hand, the hotel is in the heart of the city. Shopping malls and eateries are within walking distance. There is a 711 convenience shop next to the lobby.

It's hard to give this motel a 3- to 4-star rating. First, the pictures are very inaccurate. The location looks a lot worse. There is no wifi and the facilities look old. Price is very affordable with good customer service and the hotel in a strategic location in Malawi. The 711 located just outside the hotel is very convenient.

This place is not in a bad location. About a 15 minute walk to Australian immigration. This is a place I truly tried to like, but they need to clean it up. Upon arrival, the staff was pleasant. There is no space at desk 4 checking. Est, we approach room 405. Is a trip in time, with the smells of math. It is so worn out and unclean. The restroom was there. Oh my, there was so much mold it was black and lumpy. I feel the management doesnt think it is acceptable for 4 people to pay for a room like this. I requested a cleaner and they sent a maintenance person. He scrubbed for 15 minutes. It was a little better. They must clear the mouldy and dirty window. Fix the noise. The next day, I left a note asking the housekeeper to use bleach. I thought this was useless. Breakfast is room service. There are not many options. But the fruits were fresh and the tea hot. I called a taxi to help with the luggage for the morning.. No such thing. The reception rings after I wait.. The luggage assistance was not available, and the taxi came at 8.30 pm. The staff was always friendly.
