We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Well Hotel. My only gripe was the street noise at night only because im a light sleeper. The smaller rooms like rm 301, 401, 501, etc are off the street and seem more quiet.

Good everything run Smooth except for the Keycard twice I Went back just to change the key card, And what Happen She move me to the other Room and Good the Doors Open I just Say “OPEN DOOR” The Hotel was in the middle of the City, I Can walk to the Colon street, Jeefney’s every where food are Around the Corner, Fuente Osmeña are walking distance, And everything was Good

In general, the hotel is clean and the rooms are well-kept for an average hotel. However, the small restaurant lacks variety and I found that they were understaffed. Only one person took orders, served the food and collected payment. The plus was that the staff was nice.

It's time to adjust this hotel so don't hold your expectations high. The accommodation is just basic, but the quality is good for a night's stay. The staff has a guard and a receptionist but I have decent patience and can still maintain my place. The toilet is clean but the hot water doesn't work properly

We stayed at this hotel for a few days on business. The hotel is in the city center and close to many attractions. Moreover, it is close to a pharmacy, restaurants, and convenience stores. Public transportation is always available. The room is big, but the air conditioning is too small. It was boring for breakfast. This is the place for you if you're on a budget and only staying for a few nights.

The reception is nice and has a prompt check-in process. There is also an efficient lift, an orderly and tidy common area with bedrooms, and a small size room in good condition. The bed is comfortable and clean. There are many simple, easy-to-use channels. AC is also effective. However, I was unable to use the shower or sink as the electric water heater was under the washbasin, and even though I did everything I could to make sure there was no hot water inside. The room had not been serviced when I returned late on the second day. I should have read the exhaustive and lengthy list of regulations, which stated that accommodations will only be cleaned on request. I am able to stay at hotels for over 150 nights per year, which is so extraordinary that it should have been mentioned when signing in. Therefore, I do not suggest this hotel as I was left without toilet paper and bottled water.

Overall it was good. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits. Clean hotel. Close to Fuente Osamena. Wifi was good. I was able to do my work remotely.

Quick cheque, deposit 500 peso for incidentals which you get back.Breakfast ok but they did serve spam luncheon meat 3 mornings out of 7.Generally breakfast filled me up.
