Ive now stayed at tower inn several times. The staff is polite and attentive, the rooms and common areas are clean, and the breakfast is delicious. There is no wifi in the room.

My overall experience at tower inn is satisfactory, however, it is important to note that wifi can be accessed in each individual room, so guests dont need to climb up and down the elevator to access the wifi in the lobby.

The location is budgetfriendly for a place like Makati city. It is cheaper than other more expensive and luxurious hotels in the area. If your meetings or appointments are in Makiti City, it is ideally placed for you. Both the glorietta and greenbelt areas are nearby. The hotel staff, including the front desk staff members, restaurant staff member, security officer, and housekeeping staff were courteous and accommodating. There is hot and cold shower and faucet, radio, led tvs, refrigerator with variety of available drinks, fridge with plenty of options, laundry works, folding, pressing. I only want to request that the hotel update and upgrade their hotel internet, especially for their rooms. At the moment, the internet is mostly available in lobby and restaurant, which is at least suitable for booking reserving if you are traveling.

Clean and quiet, but you can tell the age of the place. The tv was just a televised box. Wifi was very weak in the rooms. Location is ok. Staff are able to do their job well. If youre looking for cheap places to stay in Makati for just one or two days it is fine, however not recommended for extended periods.

This is the ideal location if you need to explore makati because it is situated in the heart of makiti. Very tidy, welcoming personnel, and excellent service are provided here. Although wifi is not always functional inside the rooms, there is a restaurant on the ground floor with plenty of options and is accessible from each floor.
