1) Room Service and Cleaning Policy: If you are one of our daily guests and travelers, you may request for a cleaning of the room via shooting us a message or scheduling it directly with one of our caretakers with your preferred time of the day. Take note also that frequency of our room cleaning and housekeeping service will also depend on the length of stay. You may ask us for more information.

2) No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You may do so, only in the balcony or patio portions of the apartment unit, the common areas of the property and the compound where it belongs.

3) Quiet Hours Policy: We encourage our travelers to have fun inside the unit and the common areas as long as they do not disturb other guests in the property as well as our neighbors in the community. Quiet hours is observed from 10 pm until 8 am.

4) Visitor or Guest of Guests Policy: For safety and security purposes, all guests of our guests, tenants and travelers currently staying at the apartment should register at the front desk / reception area. Guests of guests staying overnight may incur extra fees. Registered guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors and any damage caused to property.

5) Energy Conservation Policy: We would like to be sustainable by encouraging our guests and travelers to conserve water and energy – that is, by turning water from the faucets off and lights off (i.e. including the aircon), when not in use or when guests are outside the apartment.

6) Waste Segregation Policy: Boracay has an existing ordinance with regards to the segregation of rubbish/wastes. As there are 2-3 trash bins provided in each of our apartment units, we highly encourage our guests and travelers to participate in this initiative. If you are cooking your own food, you may help us by putting compostable wastes (i.e. food wastes) in one trash bin while the non-compostable rubbish (i.e. plastic, paper and etc.) in another trash bin. May we also request that you throw your sanitary wastes (i.e toilet paper, napkins, diapers, contraceptives, etc.) in the toilet trash bin as throwing it in the toilet bowl may cause clogs in the toilet plumbing/piping system.
