II booked here first and t indicates here that AC room but upon contacting the receptionist, it is only for fan room and I need to add 200/day for Aircon. Since I already booked, I don't have a choice but to add 200/day for AC room. Room is okay, with free coffee and tea. Free hot and cold water.

We had a pleasant experience while staying here. The only drawback was the do it yourself breakfast, but that will soon change. The hotel is close to the cathedral, which is a 5-minute stroll away. You can get the alibis to the airport from the bus station, which is close to the city center, and it is extremely convenient. They have a wonderful shared lounge. The shared kitchen is well-maintained, and everything looks brand new. They provide a shared dining area. Our accommodation was large, tastefully furnished, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed eating lunch there because we had a place to ourselves. The shared kitchen is well-maintained, and everything looks great.

We had a great experience while staying at this hotel. Giovanni is a very kind and friendly host. He is also very helpful and pleasant to deal with any questions you may have. The fresco hotel is very charming, spacious, clean, and well located, only a short distance from the center. Highly recommended.
