🏢 CONDOMINIUM HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED) To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and to avoid fines or penalties from the building management, please observe the following rules:

🔇 1. Noise and Common Areas • Keep noise to a minimum at all times. • Do not loiter in hallways, lobbies, or other common areas. • Please be respectful of residents and other guests.

🛗 2. Elevators and Building Facilities • Do not play with elevator buttons. • Do not misuse, damage, or tamper with any building facilities or amenities.

🏊 3. Swimming Pool • Pool hours: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday only. • Located on the 5th Floor. • Proper swimming attire is required. • Up to 3 guests are free of charge. • Additional guests may be subject to fees payable to the amenity guard.

🚭 4. Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, balcony, hallways, amenities, and all common areas. • Violations may result in fines and penalties imposed by the building management.

🗑️ 5. Garbage Disposal • Do not leave garbage, shoes, personal belongings, or any items outside the unit. • Garbage collection is available. • If you need assistance with garbage disposal, please contact us or Ate Jona.

🍳 6. Cooking • Cooking foods with strong or lingering odors is not permitted. • This helps prevent odors from affecting neighboring units. • Violations may result in penalties from the building management.

📹 7. CCTV and Building Security • All common areas and amenities are monitored by CCTV. • Drinking alcohol, smoking, using prohibited substances, or causing disturbances in public areas is strictly prohibited. • Violations may result in fines, penalties, or reporting to the proper authorities.

🐾 8. Pets • Guests are not allowed to bring pets into the building. • Only registered unit owners are permitted to bring pets. • Unauthorized pets may result in fines and penalties.
