1. We encourage SELF CHECK IN. Please register at the lobby with valid ID for each guest. PM me at Jen Nizami so I can create a group chat for faster communication.
2. Extra guest AFTER 2 PAX will be charged 499 pesos per day. Undeclared guest will be charged 1500 per day.
3. SWAB TEST inside or anywhere within the building is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by the admin. Guest are requested to visit the clinic or go somewhere else if requesting for SWAB TEST.
4. PENALTY will be imposed for any damage such as but not limited to clogged toilet, stained linens, foul odor, unauthorized / undeclared use of appliances.
5. THROW PILLOW is NOT for free. You may get it for souvenir with a fee of 250 pesos only. BEDRUNNER should be kept inside the unit.
6. APPLIANCES which are not inside the unit such as but not limited to rice cooker, hair blower, flat iron, and the likes are available upon request with a minimal charge. Please declare if you bring any other appliances upon check in. Unplug it if not in use.
7. ELECTRIC KETTLE is for water only. Do not use it for cooking noodles or any food. We will charge 1000 if you use it for cooking.
8. PETS are not allowed. Penalty of PhP1,500 for those who will bring it without permission.
9. NO SMOKING policy is strictly observed in all areas within the building. Violators will be charged PhP 1,500.
10. Any other suspicious or illegal activities will be reported to proper authorities.
11. PAY PARKING across the building at SIERRA MADRE side. You may also check VRP or Norkis for pay parking options.
12. Please throw garbage directly at the Lower Ground Floor (LG) not anywhere outside the unit. For one day booking, please keep the trash inside the bins. We will throw it upon check out. For long term guests, we can get the trash upon request. Do not leave it outside the unit.
13. DO NOT THROW ANY GARBAGE TISSUE OR NAPKINS AT THE TOILET BOWL. WE WILL CHARGE 1000 FOR ANY CLOGGED TOILET.
14. LAUNDRY inside the unit is not allowed. Self service laundry at the Ground Floor is available.
15. For long term guests, HOUSEKEEPING is free. Change of lines and towels will be charge 500 pesos upon request.

CHECK OUT
1. SELF CHECK OUT is recommended. Just please leave the key and RFID on the table. Please turn off the aircon and lock the door. Press UG on your designated elevator. It will work even without the RFID card.
Please message us 30 minutes ahead so our staff can schedule the room check as soon as possible. We will refund the security deposit by GCASH or bank transfer as soon as we got the RFID and key.
2. Please make sure to throw all garbage on the bins provided. Place the linens on their designated beds for faster checking.
3. Hang the towels at the restroom when wet.
4. Remote control should be visible on top of the table.
5. Please TURN OFF the aircon
6. DO NOT TURN OFF THE MODEM AT ANY TIME
7. Please check all your belongings before leaving the place. We will not be responsible for any items left or lost upon check out.
8. Security deposit will be REFUNDED by my staff or can be transferred thru G-cash or bank transfer. Just please wait for my staff to finish the room check then we will refund the deposit. You don't have to wait for the room check since it may take longer.
