✔You can reach me anytime by phone or message if you need anything during your stay. I respect your privacy and preferences, so the level of interaction is up to you. You can check in by yourself when you arrive.
✔Fern at the Grass is a secure community. The guards may ask you to show your Visitor’s Authorization Form from time to time. Please show your cooperation and understanding while they are doing their job.

HOUSE RULES
✔Please respect our policy of allowing only registered guests on the property. The property can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. Unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted and may face legal consequences.
✔Please refrain from cooking food with a strong smell.
✔Smoking is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, you will be charged a penalty and extra cleaning fees to remove the odor and stains. You will also be reported to agoda.
✔Please clean your dishes after use. Otherwise, you may incur extra cleaning fees.
✔Please keep the noise level down.
✔Please take off your shoes inside. We provide terry slippers for your comfort.
✔Please inform us of any damages or breakages as soon as possible. You will be responsible for paying for them.
✔Finally, please remember that this is an agoda community, not a hotel, and this is also our HOME when we stay in Quezon City. Please treat it with respect and leave it clean when you check out.

PARKING
✔We do not provide a parking slot. You can use the paid parking on the premises, but it is limited and may fill up quickly, especially at night. Alternatively, you can park at the nearby mall.

USE OF SWIMMING POOL AND OTHER AMENITIES:
✔Proceed to Admin at Tower5 P2, present your Visitors Authorization Form and pay the fees.

OTHERS:
✔ Fresh bedding and towel are provided once per booking. There are laundry shops on the ground floor offering free delivery.
✔ BLANKET is provided for a 1-2 days stay and COMFORTER for 3 days or more.
