The room was very clean and spacious. Although we were next to the road, the hotel is in a quiet location so noise was minimal. Some separate shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom would’ve been nice. Nice breakfast and great selection!

We stayed in this beautiful hotel as a party of three in two separate rooms. When we arrived we were greeted by a polite and professional young man at the reception. Our rooms were spotless and tastefully furnished. Free bottled water ,coffee and tea sachets were provided. The bed was super comfy and I slept really well. Each room has its own air conditioning system so the temperature can be adjusted to suit ones needs. There is ample space to store luggage etc. I sampled their breakfast which was a buffet. There were food choices to suit everyone . Cold meats ,bread ,pastries and hot foods:sausages ,beans ,eggs etc. Plenty of coffee and juices . Yoghurt's ,fruits - everything one could ask for . A little gluten free station was provided too. I do not drink but the bar area looked well stocked and inviting. I did have a coffee at the bar though and it was very nice and served with a smile. Staff were great ,very helpful and very polite . The young man who greeted us initially was so lovely - I am sorry ,I forgot his name . Amelia was another reception staff who was lovely and helpful too. Katarzyna made sure our rooms were spotless- thank you. We had a fantastic time at this hotel and I am planning to return at some point.

The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always available to help. The rooms are spotless, the towels are the best I have ever found in an hotel and the fridge is well packed. To say the only thing I found not to be the best are the soap dispensers (need a little strength to get it out) says it all! Located at the Jewish quarter, close to city centre, this hotel is a fantastic choice! I'm totally recommending it to some friends that are planning to visit Kraków.

The hotel is situated in The Jewish Quarter with loads of places nearby to eat and drink. We were on the 5th floor and our room was quiet. Staff were helpful and welcoming and breakfast was good with typical continental type breakfast foods. The hotel was incredibly clean - the only criticism being the toiletries provided in the room. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you are fussy like my wife and no body lotion is provided. Apart from this minor gripe, the hotel was spotless and in a great location being about a 15 minute stroll to the old town. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. A solid 8.5/10.

Det är ett bra hotell, bra läge för att man kan ta sig enkelt till båda stadsdelarna och slottet. Rummet var fräscht, rymligt och ljust. Frukosten var väldigt bra och mysig lokal med små träd.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the major attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic, great choice .There was a train station within 5 minutes walking distance, so easy to travel from and to the airport.
