The staff were very helpful, professional, and were always available.We didn't have the breakfast option., which was around the corner. It was a very quiet hotel. Beautiful garden patio.

Our stay at Amber Residence was professional and pleasant from start to finish – from booking, receiving helpful information before our arrival, to the care we received during our stay and even upon departure. We felt well looked after throughout. All our questions were answered quickly and politely, often with extra tips and local insights that we truly appreciated. The location was perfect for a long weekend in the Old Town – everything was within easy walking distance, and the surroundings felt safe at all times. We enjoyed the short walk to the breakfast restaurant, which offered a good menu and friendly staff. It was nice to start the day with a coffee in the room before heading out. The room itself was a good size, spotlessly clean, and modern in design. Every member of the Amber Residence team we met was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the city. If we are ever in Krakow again, we’ll know exactly where to stay!

Absolutely fantastic hotel,, one of the best I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve travelled the world…..I’ve never seen a cleaner room and it looked brand new! All the lady staff were super friendly and polite…..I’ve stayed in worse 5 star hotels. The decor is stunning and the building is beautiful and also spotless. No bar or restaurant but who cares in a place like this. This hotel is simply SUPERB!

The kitchen wasn't used but the facilities were they if needed. The rokm was well fuenished and of a good size. The bedroom had a king sized (two large singkes joined together) and good quality bedding. The bathroom was spotless and ha everything you need including toiletries and a hair dryer. Complimentary gowns and slippers too. A small balcony was available if required but the weather was too cold to sit out. The staff were all very friendly, polite, courteous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Monika, who was on reception on the day of arrival, also gave a very helpful and detailed overview of the local area, pinting out key places and good dining locations. A lovely hotel in close proximity tonthe old town but far enough away to be restful and quiet. Would recommend it to anyone visiting this charming city.

We had a wonderful stay at Amber Design Residence. It is well located within easy walking distance of the main square, the Castle, public transport and restaurants yet in a quiet location. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped with all that we needed for our stay, and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not served at the hotel but is available at a lovely cafe a short distance away.
