The room was clean and nice. Large enough for family of 4. The location is perfect. The 1st day and night AC did not work so it took staff a while to react. But the next day they have fixed it. There is no swing pool with this room. But the location and the room is perfect.

L'établissement est splendide, tout est beau, le spa, la chambre et la vue. Le personnel est très agréable et vous aidera sans compter. L'emplacement est idéal pour pouvoir flâner dans la ville.

I love everything about this stay . Room was clean and ready early , pool and salt chamber were amazing and breakfast was delicious . I was traveling with senior mother who can’t really walk , it would be helpful to know that elevator didn’t go to pool area as I booked this hotel for her to use pool . Walking down the stairs was a challenge and floors in that area were very slippery . But over all we loved our stay . Lovely gentleman at the front desk was just charming , way nicer than girls next day .

We really liked the pool and the sauna. We used it every day after sightseeing to relax. The location is perfect, less than a minute walk from Krupówka street but away from the crowds. The staff was super nice. One important note if you visit in the summer, only certain units have air conditioning. Ours had it which was very important to us.

Convenient location, quiet, clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed the pool and saunas after our busy days. The room had all the basic furnishings we needed. The hotel is nicely updated and eco friendly with motion sensor lights in the corridors.
