施設自体は古く、設備も古くさい。エレベーターはなく、上層階まで階段。しかし、町の雰囲気に合っていて味があるホテル。ただ、タクシーを使わないとツーリストには行きにくい場所にある。

Lovely people, good location, lacked bar and breakfast in another hotel - 2 mins walk. Plenty of bars within a 2 min walk so not reeslly an issue for us. Breakfast was good, everything was great value. Would recommend.

Street parking is free on weekends, and easy to find a spot on the parking lot 50m away) Breakfast only 5 EUR at a hotel 1min away Great area to stay in for restaurants and bars reception open 24/7. City center is a 20min walk. Room is small and a bit hot during summer (but there is an AC)

We've just come back from a fantastic week in beautiful Kraków and found this very reasonably priced hotel to be a good base. The area it's situated in, Kazimierz (the old Jewish quarter), is full of beautiful synagogues and trendy bars and restaurants. It's only a 15 minute walk away from the main square and Wawel Hill and around 30 minutes (maximum) into Podgorze, where you can find Schindler's factory and all the other Holocaust related sites. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable and tastefully decorated. Would definitely visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was continental,neither a good choice of food. Would stay here again if we were ever to go to Kraków again. It is in the old Jewish quarter.

I stayed at Karmel for 1 night. The receptionist was helpful and explained the offering briefly but to the point. Breakfast buffet was tasty and the setting in the restaurant make me feel like home.

I had no faults with this hotel. The room was clean and refreshed every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again but maybe a room that looks out onto the street as the room we stayed in overlooked the courtyard and was a bit dark. A perfect location in the Jewish quarter and a great base for our stay.
