From December until December, my husband and I stayed here. The hotel is clean, and the main square is only a 10-minute walk away. The check-in process was fast. We stayed there for a quick trip for three nights in December. Our room was tidy, roomy, cozy, and warm. The shower was incredible. The pastries were fantastic, and the breakfast was rich in varied menus both warm and cold. The service was friendly and efficient. What a small treasure of a hotel!.

We stayed here for a few nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and very spacious. A short walk across the river to the more central areas. Good breakfast buffet and couldn't find any fault.

This is by far one of the best three-star hotels I've stayed in. In fact, it's not a star but at least a four-star. Boutique hotel yes. It's also clean and has good space. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is great. The breakfast is also great. Very friendly staff. A 5 star rating and 1 I will definitely be back.

The reception was very helpful from the minute we made our reservation. They kindly arranged for a 4 person airport transfer, and when we arrived, we were given room number 41 directly under the eaves at the top of the hotel. It had a sloping roof and only skylights in the bedroom, which my daughter found to be a little claustrophobic. The tiny suite also provided a little lounge to relax in with double doors leading to the bedroom. The bathroom, lounge, and bedroom were all modern and sleek, with comfy mattresses and sofas, and everything was spotless. English channels were absent in the bedroom, and in the lounge, the radio was just russia today and bbd in English, so you could pick news or the news! Although our room had limited free WiFi, the room below was fine. Breakfast had a diverse continental selection, with hot choices for sausages or eggs. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the main square, and if you don't mind, the bicycles can be seen when we get there. The employees at this motel are the best. They invented a corkscrew for us. Ice for the room, no problem. Directions to the dentist and ordering cabs to and from done. A crowbar at work, cheerful, and always willing to talk without error.

I will surely return. I booked this hotel as usual with some hesitation 9 months in advance, called them two days before my arrival to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport. Great service named board lovely car 20 minutes journey 90 zloty. Arrived at the benefit around 8.30 am, to a lovely smiling friendly lady who booked us in with no delays into room 33 large room with seated to area balcony big bathroom with all amenities, breakfast time again greeted by friendly warm smiles to a buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of food serial yoghurt fruit sausage bacon eggs ham cheese everything you could ask for. If required you can book taxis direct from the hotel do not no prices due to prior reservation the room was cleaned and made every day with all staff warm and friendly, location of the hotel great 15 minute walk to main square but a lovely walk across the river through the park into the heart of the city all feeling very safe. We stayed for 5 nights this boutique hotel punches well above it's weight great in every way do not be put off by any negative comments we have stayed in 5 star accommodations not offering this quality and service I would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful break.
