Great location right in castle square. The room was surprisingly large. The elevator was a little wonky but it existed and got the job done. Overall, great place.

Excellent location right in heart of old town and excellent city view. Large spacious room Bathroom could do with some maintenance work. Lots of rusty pipes showing , not nice to look at

The property is very centrally located and great for access to the Old Town and Royal Route. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just note that you are staying in an older building so there are more creaks and older furnishings and not great soundproofing to the outside. I loved the history of the building and the size of the room. However it could use the addition of a fridge.

This adorable hotel is exceptionally well-appointed, offering hotel-level amenities including an elevator and convenient stair access. It features a great balcony with stunning views of the castle and Sigismund’s Column, and is located right next to the Hard Rock Cafe store. Just a small one but it’s nice buy souvenirs only. If you want to experience living in Poland, this is the place to stay. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and the surrounding area is perfect for scenic strolls along the historic fortification walls. You’ll also find charming small cafes offering a wide variety of food, making it an ideal location for both convenience and enjoyment. Your next to the trams center so you may need some earplugs at night. But you can catch the bus or a tram right around the corner. Overall great experience.

Excellent location in a heart of Warsaw in a very historic old building with courteous staff. Fantastic view overlooking the old town. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. It felt as if we were staying at a museum. Strongly recommend especially for history enthusiasts.

Stanza srmplice, ma carina e pulita. A disposizione dei clienti, nel corridoio, c'era un bollitore con possibilità di prepararsi te o caffè. Il personale molto gentile, sopratutto il ragazzo che è venuto a prendermi all'aeroporto. La posizione è magnifica. L'unico "difetto" è non avere la colazione inclusa, ma accanti ci sono diverse catene di caffetteria che aprono alle 7, oppure, vicino al museo di Marie Curie, a nemmeno 10 minuti c'è un graziosissimo caffè e un ottimo milk bar.

Excellent location at the heart of the old town overlooking the plaza. It's a historic building so it has a lot of character. The elevator is the slowest I've ever used; it tests your patience but that's part of the experience. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel overlooks the main square and is walking distance from the old city core. The building houses a small historic public library and a small concert room with weekly Chopin concerts. There is a restaurant right below.

The property was excellent for walking around Old Town Warsaw. Step outside the from door and you are in the square by royal castle. Explore old town or walk to the river for a leisurely stroll. Many restaurants and bakeries to choose from. Excellent choice for a stay.

Great location; great views over the square from room. Recommend taking bus from/to airport. Closest bus stop drop off is PL. Zamkowy 01. Short walk from hotel. From hotel Exit right and walk straight, cross over 1st street you meet and keep straight. Will see bus step. You want 175. From airport walk to bus stop exit head left. Get off Zamkoway stop. Exit bus head right. Will end up in square by royal palce. 4 zloty versus 60zloty for taxi. Also, taxi driver tried to charge me 100 zloty for trip from airport. Is 10 zloty/ person plus 5zloty per km. 10km trip
