Yes room was very clean kitchen equipped easy to control temperature perfect location near everything - hostess was very responsive to all messages very accommodating we enjoyed our stay very much with lots to do

Our host Joanna was amazing. She welcomed us upon arrival and our room was fantastic. Clean, spacious and full of extra amenities to help make our stay the most comfortable. The unit is walkable to everywhere and surrounded by shops and delicious polish food restaurants. Thank you for helping make our vacation one to remember.

The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location! Very clean room, well equipped. Was surprised to find a washer, as well as a dishwasher. We had the fourth floor. So well lit with marvelous skylights. Bed was comfy, huge shower. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating.

Ermine Suites is conveniently located in the heart of Krakow. It has great amenities for families traveling to Krakow. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect apartment with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The apartment was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily to collect dirty towels and empty the trash, sheets were changed every 3 days. The property manager was wonderful, easily accessible and answered any questions we had. The property is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square, yet situated far enough off the street so noise wasn’t an issue. The only surprise was there was some construction going on next door. It really wasn’t an issue for us. They started work at 6:30am but finished by 5:00pm and did not work on the weekend.

It was great!! The locate was great and there was a little grocery store right next to our hotel. The room was clean and had all the essentials. We made breakfast every day and enjoyed it together in the little dining area. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location in old town Krakow. Spacious well equipped kitchen large bathroom and comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out. Small problem w shower and construction noise in early morning. Enjoyed our stay!
