I thoroughly enjoyed Dans and was greeted by the cheerful and welcoming staff at Flip 2 robert, carolina, elena, and Natasha. I let down the side. Whose customer service abilities were particularly lacking. I had reserved months in advance of my stay, but the hotels database had no room available. Robert made a sincere apology and had only 3 separate rooms to be allocated based on my availability. I originally reserved 3 bunk rooms with private bathrooms for 5 nights. I had this on one of those nights, moved into a double room with a bath on nights 2, 3, 4 and then downstairs into what I called a bunker on nights 5 where I was in a dark 6 bunk room with showers but still on my own. The uncomfortable difficulty of switching rooms was not ideal. The first 2 rooms ground-floor rooms featured street-facing windows and inexpensive, thin blinds. The only way to maintain privacy is to keep the blinds pressed down otherwise your movements are in full view. The deep bathroom was wonderful. I gave me one towel and just 1 small cake of soap, which I thought was awful. However, when I requested more shampoo, Carolina was gladly obliged. If you use shampoo, bring your own since none is supplied. Both ground-floor rooms were very noisy due to traffic. Church bells pulsing loudly for three minutes at 630

Although it is quite good for students, I would say that it is good for those who value the money but it is a bit loud, as there is no sound isolation or table with AC. It is a positive thing that the room was very clean, cheap and served a delicious breakfast.

I highly recommend this place, especially if you travel with your family, one or even two kids. This place is so pleasant, spotless, and friendly.

I feel uncomfortable staying here. We got a clean room with a large size. There is a fridge, a water cooker and cups in the room. There is a market nearby, but the hostel is close to the railway station and the old city. However, the soundproofing was poor, you could hear your neighbour talking as if they were next to you. Overall, a great hostel to spend a night or two.

The room size is quite small but clean and comfortable. We have 2 windows in our room and I think that isn't enough. It gets a bit hot in summer and the windows don't provide much air flow. Overall we enjoyed our night at the hostel and I will definitely return.
