A fantastic hotel from top to bottom. Clean as a whistle and well-presented. The food in the restaurant is lovely, I can recommend the papardelle with beef and my wife loved the beef tenderloin. A word of warning, they don't do bar snacks. We used the spa facilities, the pool and sauna were very relaxing. Finally, shout out to Kamila on the front desk who helped us book a taxi and who we had a fun conversation about tattoos with.

Check in was straightforward and swift and the 24hr reception was needed given the time it takes to clear immigration. Our room was lovely. Clean and well appointed. It could have done with a drawer unit though. Great bathroom with walk in shower and a fancy electric toilet. We were on the front and the quad glazing was excellent and keeping the room quiet. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel so we can’t comment. The bar was good though. The stag do were not that quiet at times, but thankfully they said goodbyes quickly. The spa facilities were really nice. 3 saunas and a nice compact pool. All the staff we spoke with were really helpful and spoke very good English. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay again.

A very nice hotel. Comfortable large room. Excellent shower. Ideally situated about a 10-minute walk to the main square. Only a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the main train station for a link back to the airport

Vi fick ett fint rum och mycket god frukost! Det fanns bubbel, färskpressad juice och beställning av omelett fick att få varje dag till vår stora förtjusning. Alldeles utanför stadsparken så det är över en väg så är man i gamla stan. Lugnt område på kvällen o Bolt stannar utanför. SPA avdelningen har en liten med varm pool, trevliga bastu och säkert bra massage/gym som vi dock inte hann o använda. Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka hit!

God frokost med bra utvalg. Fint hotellrom med god plass og godt renhold. Hotellet fremstår generelt veldig fint og velholdt, og personalet var hyggelige og imøtekommende. Baren bar dessverre preg av dårlig kontroll, og serveringen tok unødvendig lang tid.

The most gorgeous hotel in a pretty central location in Krakow. Our room was huge! Super comfy bed, which is so nice after lots of walking every day. The toilet was super high tech + fancy!! The pool + sauna areas were really nice after a long day too! Open until late. Loads within walking distance of the hotel! The staff were very friendly + helpful! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

Fantastic hotel. Already planning a return trip! Rooms were clean and modern (beds slightly on the hard side). Hotel facilities were fantastic particularly the pool and spa. Hotel location was great, everything in easy, walking distance and just outside old town which meant no late night reveller noise. As two female friends travelling alone felt very safe walking late at night back from the old town. Hotel staff in particular were very nice and friendly and couldn’t do more to help. Also had quick responses from them when pre booking massages and enquiring about secure luggage store (available). Thank you!
