The hotel is old, on the main road. Nice rooms but outdated. The mini fridge in the room is not working and they treat it as a shelf for the mini bar and they are replacing it. The breakfast is good.

The manager of the restaurant Novo Restaurant and Bar, whose name is Alphonse, immediately brought my complaint to light, in the very active and cordial manner of his character and always grins. He looked after every guest well and with courtesy. It was a really fantastic experience for me at the verde hotel in Cape Town, where it was the restaurant manager's name. He was able to help me with a small issue with my main course, which could occur anywhere, but the way he handled it was spectacular, and when I didn't have anything to complain, he turned it into a compliment, it shocked me. I want to express my gratitude for his excellent job and ensure that everyone in the eatery was happy about him as he spoke to them. I wish him every success and appreciation for his wonderful hospitality.

We stayed at the Hotel Verde for a week. The hotel is a very good and clean hotel with good food. The waiters are very helpful and friendly. The hotel's staff is very fumbling. The standard room is good but the air conditioning is now standard everywhere in Europe.

I highly recommend this place to you guys who like the peace and serenity here. The friendliness of the staff was great, the swimming pool, the food in the courtyard was also very good. The comfort and peace that we felt is just what we expected. We will always remember this place and will never forget it.
