Basic room but has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Not much storage space but enough for a few nights

Equipe prestativa. Bom custo benefício. Excelente opção!

A great choice for visiting Kraków — the hotel is within easy walking distance of both the main train station and the city centre, the room was clean and nice.

The air conditioning worked but not very efficiently...I like a cool room but never got cold enough for my taste. Everything else about room ,although basic, was great, bed good, shower etc all fine. Breakfast itself very good but seating area restricted, when busy not enough seating. On the whole the staff lovely, mainly young ladies who were helpful and friendly with exception of one who was unruly and unhelpful. Found it useful to use the restaurant in the ibis attached to our budget hotel fir a drink,/coffee of a n evening.

Very nice staying. Helpful staff. Very close to railway station and a big shopping center. We enjoyed it very much. It could be a softer ned, but sleep well. We maybe come back🙂

Hotel is in a great location near the main train station and just a short walk to the old town. Room was clean and very little noise from outside. This hotel is perfect for solo travellers like myself. My only criticism is that the breakfast buffet wasn't very good.
