Apartment was everything I needed and more. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommend to my family members who are planning on visiting Krakow. The apartments are perfectly located, close by to the Square and travelling to the allocated bus tops for the various tours was easy. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. I completed self service check in as I arrived late - all of my communications with staff were clear and the keys easy to collect. The apartment had a kitchenette which I didn’t use in my 3 day trip but I did take advantage of the coffee percolator as filters were provided. I just purchased coffee from Carrefour which is a couple doors down from the apartments. On my final day I wasn’t flying until very late but leaving early to travel to the salt mines. Staff arranged for my luggage to be stored all day until I departed for the airport. So pleased I picked Krakow for you apartments. I had an amazing time. Thank you.

Nice modernized suite with kitchen in a vintage building; be prepared to walk up a couple flights of creaky wooden stairs. This property is just off Krakow's Market Square, so an unexpected highlight was going to sleep with the windows open, listening to a street musician and the klip-klop of horse-drawn carriages!

The apartments were wonderful. Roomy. Clean. Excellent location. Reception was so friendly and helpful. The transport to and from the airport was so easy. They kept in contact with us so we knew exactly where to meet them. Great place to stay when visiting beautiful Krakow.

There was bad smell from the toilet unfortunately spread throughout the house. No one came to give us fresh towels or clean rooms . Bedroom was size of double bed no enough room for 2 people to stand . Strip club on the bottom of the building no good when you travel with kids .

Everything was great apart from one thing. We were top floor, to the left. Onyx apartment I think? Above the door is a long window. It has no curtains or shutter. The room was bright very early every day. Only thing you could improve was that window and maybe black out curtains on the other door/window. Other than that, perfect. Cannot beat it for location

Checking in is a little wonky if you’re doing it outside of a small window of time, but if you can handle that, there’s probably no better value for the location. The room was unique, bed comfortable, room clean, water pressure great in the shower, and you are right on the main square in Krakow. I’ll definitely be staying here on my next visit!
