There is not enough words to praise the staff and management. All of them they made our stay memorable and superb. Thank so much for it. Also the card and small gift for my birthday it was a one of the kind. I travel lots and most of the time I am away on my birthday but it was first time when staff and management wished me happy birthday. I will definitely back to you on my next trip to Krakow

Beautiful rooms. Felt very luxury and modern. Clean. Great ameneities like a coffee machine. Staff were lovely. We had a surprise upgrade and they amended the beds for myself and my sister effortlessly. Would book again completely.

We love our stay! The hotel is so nice, big rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast was good but could be a bit more variation since it was almost the same food almost every day. Very close to city centre and attractions amd also a local train station. Will come back.

Superb hotel and staff that pay attention to detail and are willing to help at any time. The hotel is in a great location for traveling around Krakow with easy access to all you need. The breakfast is wonderful with a vast variety. I would highly recommend it and would like to praise the staff, especially the reception/front desk and their very charming Manager! It proved to be a very good choice for celebrating my birthday! Thank you very much indeed.

This elegant hotel is perfect. It is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and spotless, the staff is amazing and will help you with anything, and the restaurant (with excellent bar) is delightful. The location is unbeatable. It is at the edge of the Kazimierz District and close to many, many terrific restaurants, cafes, bars and shops (and also Wawel Castle) where people sit outside and enjoy the evening. The hotel is also on a quiet street and very peaceful.

Fijn hotel, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers heel erg schoon en goeie bedden. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay there again. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge with a wonderful soaker tub. The room and bathroom were spotless. Great location within a short walk to the main square, parking available very close by and less than a 5 minute walk to access the train. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, as was dinner the one night we ate at the restaurant.
