I had a decent stay. The rooms were good, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a good size bath, and it was all tastefully decorated. Staff were fantastic. The front desk receptionist was confused and seemed a bit odd that they didn't know what the price of the room was that I should pay. I was called by phone and woke up after a long journey only to come to reception to pay the missing part. We requested I beads for children and were charged for, but later explained that this charge was without breakfast included for kids? The hotel was accommodation and breakfast was charged separately while the entire stay was originally booked with breakfast included and agreed prior to check-in. This was extremely unprofessional and an awkward experience we were told should not complain as it is cheap anyway. In my opinion, if something was agreed for, it should not change in the meantime. We had a discount. The main restaurant's food was bland in some dishes but reasonably priced, breakfast was poor on the hot side and lukewarm. We didn't try the spa, so we can't comment. The worst part was that during our three-night stay, the rooms weren't serviced even once. We didn't need it much, but at least the toilet paper would have been replenished as essential supplies. This wasn't finished, and we had to ask to have it. Overall

I just got back from four-day stay at the spicer hotel. The hotel is situated in the small village of Kamszuby, which is located in the center of the kaszuby. The hotel building was designed as part of an old manor. The good thing is that a lot of historic building details are preserved and visible on the interior walls, and there are only few windows in the rooms. The room I stayed in was huge, with basic furniture, no refrigerator, coffee maker, and very modern bathroom with a multifunctional toilet seat heating. Air conditioning was wonderful, and the heating worked perfectly. Even an older elevator makes it an excellent feature for handicapped guests. The restaurant kitchen closes at 9 am with a great variety of dishes, including local specialties, for every taste. Breakfast menu has limited options however. Large selection of wines from appr 100 different wineries with prices ranging from 30 to 200 pn, but there is also wine available for 100 pn. I never used the pool or rented free bikes. Even if the railroad is close to the hotel with frequent running buses, parking is a must for parking. Wifi was functional in both the room and the hotel. The staff are very caring and I really appreciated the level of service from all of you. Even if it was a brief stay, I had a really good time. I firmly intend to

The hotel has an interesting and long history, unfortunately the information is in Polish. The location is strange. There is a sooner and pillow factory attached to the hotel, which produces high quality goods and hotel guests receive 10 discount.
