I booked this place for a brief three-day trip to see relatives in the area. Good location near the lake, walk to a nice bar and restaurant with good atmosphere because there is no atmosphere in the pyramid! The place was so quiet I had to say something! This place is so quiet that I felt I had to whisper! Egyptian theme is mystery, although I'm not sure how this fits in the Silesian mining town. The room was clean and of a decent size. We paid for a larger room because our bed was not big enough to fit the size of the room. There are only two pillows. There are no extra pillows in the room. The duvet barely covered the bed, so one of us was exposed if the other turned over! Breakfast is good, but the choice is very random and inconsistent. The bar is overpriced and the staff is keen to keep informing us that it will close exactly at 22.00. The place was so quiet that one would have assumed they would enjoy our business and remain open at least for a drink! Would we return? It would be no, we should have listened to our family who advised us not to stay. They were correct.

Overall, this place is definitely pricey. The architecture was extremely original but the interior wasn't particularly consistent. Great park around. Excellent parking. Everything is spotless. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Uneven, some of the food was fantastic, such as Chateaubriand steak, while others were plain. Menu and selection are also not very extensive. Prices are like at a minimum 1 star restaurant. Attention, though. Very poor air conditioning, almost absent! Many equipment were broken, particularly in the spa.

I've visited this place before but this one doesn't match with my expectations. The place is unique, and the construction is stunning. The room was small, but it was pleasant and clean. We also have an own wellness and fitness facility, however the water was quite cold and dirty. The breakfast was okay with no special dishes. But this place is not worth five stars.

Hotel is conveniently located near Kraken Airport Motorway, the lobby facilities are not crowded, the swimming pool area and sauna are available for free. The environment is lovely and beautiful, with a lake and running paste and wild life.
