I recently returned from a visit to Warsaw, where I stayed at this hotel for several nights. My taxi dropped me off in Castle Square and he pointed right at me. I had first-hand account of a fantastic location on the edge of old Warsaw's castle. I found the raffles hotel about 100 meters up the street, where I was directed back down the road after using Google to find it. After finding it, I entered again by about 50 meters, and I went back to check out every shop, cafe, or restaurant I had passed and discovered it. It was exactly as the driver stated, but it was only a large black door with a dull plaque on the wall that never proclaimed itself. I was led to a dark passageway by the heavy door that leads me into an old Soviet-style apartment. The hallway and room were extremely pleasant, however, my room had a cupsaucer, there was no kettle there, and the large receptionist didn't want to help, so I gave up. Only two hot options, a scrambled egg, and hot dogs, were served throughout the meal. Channels from around 12 all in Poland, with the exception of German news in English. If you're looking for a cool setting, don't expect friendly interactions with your staff and use one of those plug-in kettles for brewing your beverage.

Our room had a great view of the old town, Sigismund Column, and the Royal Castle, located right on one of the most picturesque squares in Warsaw. These monuments were literally steps from the hotel. The hotel entrance is directly off the main street, and the rooms are on the third level of a historic building there is an elevator, but the stairs are faster. Adam at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, and he spoke excellent English. Thank you for your flexibility with rebooting. Eggs, sausages, pastries, fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, and coffee are all included in a buffet breakfast provided downstairs at the restaurant. A room and bathroom are spacious and spotless. Thank you for a fantastic visit!.

It's a pleasant atmosphere because the hotel is also quite small. The staff was nice and helped us with our room facilities. The condition of the room was very tidy, large, comfortable and had a view of the square. But I will definitely come back to this hotel again.
