Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica en Cracovia. El apartamento está muy bien localizado, cercano tanto al casco histórico como a Kazimiers, el barrio judío de moda, con buenos locales y restaurantes. Tiene todo tipo de comercios a pie de calle, incluidos varios supermercados abiertos de 6 a 23 horas. Hay una pizzería justo al lado muy buena y económica. El apartamento es amplio, con buen wifi, colchones cómodos, y ambiente tranquilo que garantiza un merecido descanso tras las jornadas a pie por esta bella ciudad. El edificio cuenta con más apartamentos y la recepción está localizada justo a la entrada en un bonito patio interior. Puedes dejar las maletas tras el chek-out, lo cual es un punto a favor ya que puedes seguir visitando la ciudad sin problemas. El trato del personal es agradable. Lo recomiendo 100%.

The apartment, surrounding areas, and service were amazing value for money. Very spacious, clean apartment, complete with amenities. I appreciate the easy check-in with details sent by email, codes, etc. Stable wifi, AC, especially in the heat. Near tram and nice restaurants around Jewish neighborhood.

I was really pleased with the apartment, its surroundings, and its service, which offer the best value for the money. With everything you could possibly need, the apartment is very spacious and spotless. I greatly appreciate the quick check-in process using email messages to provide codes, etc., as well as the strong wifi and air conditioning, which was greatly appreciated in the heat. I like the location of this apartment close to tram stops and nice restaurants in the Jewish neighborhoods.

We stayed for five days at the start of may for a cheap apartment in the center of Kraken. We had a fairly large studio apartment with a double bed, large sofa, flat screen to, table and two chairs, and a kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware! Overall, it was a good apartment, despite its simple Ikea furniture, the bed was quite comfortable but we weren't too fussy. Cleaning could have been improved as although it was clean in general, it could have done with more care as some utensils were dirty, dust under the sofa and light fixtures, and clumps of hair and dust in the bathroom. We also did not get a cleaner during the whole five days to change bedsheets or towels, which was unfortunate because it gave the impression they didn't care. Walls are quite thin for other apartments and the main corridor, the door to the apartment block entrance would close very loudly and frequently wake us up in the morning. Royal City Apartments also don't own the apartments, they probably only have 45 apartments, so you're mixing with locals, which isn't bad because we had no issues with them. However, you can book airport transfers and excursions at reception, which was convenient. While we were there, we booked airport transfers and trips to Auschwitz and the salt mine

This was a very well presented and clean apartment. It was within walking distance of the town centre and lots of shops and eateries close by. Would by happy to stay here again.

Huoneisto oli siisti ja hyvinvarustettu. Ainoat epämukavuudet olivat se, että kokovaralopeili puuttui sekä yöpöydät ja -valot. Huoneistossamme ei myöskään ollut ikkunaa, päivänvaloa tuli ovesta ja sen yläikkunasta. Siivousta ei tehty viiden vuorokauden aikana lainkaan vaikka varaussivustolla luki sen olevan päivittäistä. Sijainti oli hyvä juuralaiskorttelien vieressä. Nautimme kuitenkin olostamme ja palaamme mielellämme paikkaan.

This is a well located property very close to the main square and the river. Lots of shops and restaurants very close. The apartment we had (Number 4) was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was efficient and all information was sent through so that we could access our room. There is much to commend. The key issue we had was the traffic noise from outside which was very loud and pretty much ran all night. In particular the trams which were very very loud even with the windows shut. The air con provided was a portable machine which meant that you had to hang a pipe out of the window and so this meant if you wanted A/C you had to have the window open which made the traffic noise worse. It was difficult to sleep with all the noise. This was a real shame as it was a lovely apartment in a great location. Perhaps apartments on the back of the property would be quieter but Number 4 was really affected by the constant loud noise of the trams all night long. Overall, a great property in great location but this was not enough to outweigh the noise issues which did cause some problems even with all windows closed. Take away the noise and you have a great place to stay!

Bel appartement plutôt bien situé mais qui mériterait un peu d'entretien. Attention à la rue extrêmement bruyante, notamment du fait du passage des tramway en continue et qui font trembler l'appartement.
