Great stay. Reception was extremely kind and helpful. Language barrier was not an issue. Krakow had a very safe feeling and this hotel was in walking distance for a lot of shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

A estadia foi excelente. Atendimento e cortesia foram sensacionais. Quarto bastante confortável. Único problema é que não tem elevador e para quem tem malas fica bastante complicado pois não houve ajuda para subirmos as malas.

Fabulous stay in a very good location. Plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all close by. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass or two and the bar area has a good selection of drinks. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed, though we thought ours needed a dressing table.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely and we loved the garden at the rear of the hotel. I spent a couple of late afternoons in the garden with my Kindle and a G and T for company. The staff arranged for a cake, balloons, a bottle of bubbles and a card for my husband's birthday on the Friday - his face was a picture when we went back to our. room I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay such a pleasure.

Breakfast was really good, the employees were all nice and all spoke English. The receptionist helped us a lot to book our trip to Auschwitz and gave us a lot of information on things to do there.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge och stora rum. Frukosten var god. Dock väldigt lyhört. Ifall man störs av detta rekommenderas öronproppar.

The availability of having breakfast upto 12 noon therefore not having to rush to get up,The staff were outstanding, very pleasant young people. Also the food was excellent whether breakfast or using the restaurant for evening meal,Only downside is that there is no lift so if you struggle with steps try to get a room on the first floor,Overall highly recommended,
